- Japan's latest sex symbol is a handsome gorilla named Shabani. Women are reportedly flocking to the Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Gardens in Nagoya to gawk at the silverback's shapely muscles and striking features.

Ida: Of course you're right. As others here have said their natural habitat is shrinking and what remains is unsafe. But those blank cement walls are prison-like and will seem oppressive even to a lesser animal. These creatures deserve to live in an appropriate habitat. The way we humans house them now is selfishly cruel. We can do better and we should.

Yes, they all his children. He is good with all of them. Though he likes to tease the grandma a lot because he likes her to chase him around. She don't like him too much because she don't want him playing with the kids lol. The mom died years ago and Shabani is pretty much raising them

delight, so that we may feel superior. I used to go to zoos a lot when i was child,
but once I grew up, I realize how much this is so fucking wrong, its our duty as a dominant race
to protect our planet mates.
Without zoos, gorilla's would probably be extinct by now. It's incredibly sad to say such a thing, but they're safer in a zoo than their natural habitat :(
