Thank you for the very helpful walk through of install. I bought one several years back here in the states, I didn't have the large enough slab where I wanted it to go, so didn't get the low price install, just delivery. It seemed a really good deal and didn't want to miss out on the price. It's just been sitting in my backyard, still new like delivered. There were no instructions, just a sped up video some years back, now I don't even see that. I was pretty sure I had mapped out how it likely was intended and it didn't look complex, but it's nice to confirm ahead that you are indeed installing as intended. Thanks again for the video.
You prolly dont give a damn but does anyone know of a tool to log back into an Instagram account?? I stupidly lost my password. I would love any tips you can give me
@Paul Edison Thanks for your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
This is the most descriptive instructions i have ever seen! I actually enjoyed watching the video, even though it was an instructional one. Lol. Awesome job!
Good video. Thank you. Very easy to understand. My biggest thing is I’m a one man show. I’m sure this will take me a little while but I’ll get it done.
At 2:14, he talks about putting one screw in on the top side, and says to do the same on the other side, but provides no hints about how exactly you're going to accomplish that with the frame lying on the ground...
You can install it on dirt, gravel, pavement, concrete. They have 2 anchoring systems, For Gravel, Pavement they have 30" Re-Bar anchors - For concrete they supply 7" concrete anchors - For more details please feel free to call them at 604-799-8282 High wind locations where it's placed on dirt, gravel people also tend to add a few auger anchors.
@@willahelmpowers4835 You COULD build it on dirt if you don't care about it, but it should never been in direct soil contact. Aggregate is not soil and provides the necessary drainage as well as decoupling from the soil.
Cost and ease of installation... otherwise it is inferior. Like on the A-frame, you would need metal purlins (hat channel) for support but this is much better since debris will not get trapped at every rib and collect holding moisture. Evergreen needles decompose and create perfect moist/acidic conditions to erode/oxidize that very thin sheet metal in no time, for example. You will never see a metal residential or commercial roof installed with horizontal ribs. Never.
You must check with your local building codes. For my area you need a permit for any structure greater than 10x10. So check with your local town building inspector.
To keep costs low theres some custom cuts you must do for these kits. And many places offer free installation where their site crew does the custom cuts in a matter of minutes.

I was impressed with the full-length panels for the roofing and was ready to buy one of these until I saw how the owners (brothers) can't separate their business from their religion. News flash: Religion is divisive and history demonstrates how it's a bane for humanity, spread by the sword, and costing tens of millions their lives because they would not tow the line. Why do companies not learn that religion should not be mixed with business? Unless religion is your business, that is. Just substitute a religion that is not your own to understand how foolish this is.
This is the BEST video on carport assembly on youtube.
Best video on this project out there. Excellent job!

Excellent video 😊
Great video on how these car ports get put together. Where are your locations??
Their website, under the videos description, shows directions to addresses in BC and Alberta.
Too bad you aren't near Reno, Nevada - my wife and I would like a 40'x20' for our 36' fifth wheel.
I'm putting up a 24' wide. Do I start the tin center of the 3rd rib?
Thanks for the sharing, i really like your solution
En donde esta la compañía
one side of the panels edge has a slight flare. Im assuming it is on the down side ?
They won't answer. But you are correct. The top-overlap side doesn't even extend down to the valley.
Do you need insulation under the roof to prevent condensation on your parked car or truck? If so what type? Thanks!
The won't reply. They're too busy worshipping their "lord."
Great !
You’re suppose to level it out and square the Base rail first before standing it up

Where is your accent from? Sounds like Wisconsin
They're based in Canada. They're not Americans. Pretty presumptuous of you to think RUclips is all Americans.

Do you have a store in Kansas city of Missouri?

Too bad I couldn't get one for Maui, too far away
Yeah, it’s too far of a drive for the mojados.
How many anchors do we install?
Each building has anchor points every 8' . Suggested to anchor at every point
I ask a few guys that sell them on fb n they don’t know Do I need any permit if it’s built onto of concrete or near my house ?

Well within my limited skillset except cutting the stud on top.
Simple, I know. But, I pause there...
yeah, I guess you need a cut off wheel for that ... or just take to someone that has the correct mitre saw. You might get buy with a hack saw.
Wow to install 24 inches of height on complete d building
Is it so wrong
Nice video but wouldn't it be more helpful to pre-cut everything for your customers thank you
