Wish these came out once a week! Super entertaining and informative.
Great pro tips man keep these videos coming. Thanks
Can't wait to see the finished product
If this house was not in a historical area I would have thought it was a knock down. Definitely not a newbie project.
Y’all should do a wrap around porch on this build, think that would definitely help curb appeal and practicality of this home.
I think it's too late to suggest something considering this video was uploaded in January of this year and it's late August now, but I agree. That'd be a nice little addition.
This guy is right on! Very informative video. LOVED IT!
great insights
what camera are you using my friend
They used to drop the ceilings in houses so it would be less expensive to heat/cool the house.
Also helps with ease of electric and plumbing install and maintenance
Where is the video of this project completed?
1:30 Why??? 😕 Why would people want to walk through the front door only to end up in a bedroom? Wouldn't it be better to have the front door open to a foyer or hallway or some instead? And wouldn't the people sleeping in the front room want some privacy???
5:10, 5:50 I love how the windows are wonky. I'd love to have that effect in my home, without the probable instability.
he said it would be deadbolted closed, that would be a nice thing to have if you decided to rent out a room
Everything has to be oversized how tf you fit all of that in a house
Is this series staged to come out at a particular time or has it really been 4 weeks and he hasn't started rehab yet?
why the reupload?
Tiny error at the end :) Thanks for re-watching! What do you think about this ep?
The editing and production value is great. I just hope that when the renovations start the episodes get a little longer.
