Hi really want to appreciate your good work . my question is that both of the routes you have shown we don't see you going on a highway .
Is highway is not a part of test?

Keep the good work on, thank you for the effort, the video is helpful and informative. My question is, will the examiner take one to the highway for the class 5 road test? I noticed this route doesn't include the highway. Thank you

Hi, i have a question. What signal do you use from the parking lot when you pulling back your car? Is it hazard lights?

Great video really helps those who are immigrants and cannot attend classes.
I have two questions that I didn't see in your videos.
    1) at a red light, when I can turn to the right side after stopping the car, can I drive the car further ahead (at the top of the lane) to improve the view or should I not go?
    2) when the traffic light is green and I want to turn left, when a car is coming towards me, should I wait behind the crosswalk until it is safe?
    Thank you in advance

      Very good questions.
      1. You cannot stop on top the cross walk. So, you stop before it and wait until it is safe to pass.
      2. No, you drive into the intersection keeping your steering straight ahead. Be sure to drive pass the crosswalk.
Having said that, some intersections are very small and you may not be able to clear the whole crosswalk if you try to drive in and establish at green light. In such situations, you still drive in and clear as much as possible. Otherwise, speak up and let the examiner know you are waiting behind the crosswalk because the intersection is too small.

Hi. Very informative video. I have a question regarding school zones and playground zones in calgary:
    1) There are some roads that have a clear sign of a school zone or playground zone with 30 km/hr speed limit. However, some roads dont have a sign at all. For example, if Im joining a road that is a school or playground zone, how would I know that is a 30km / hr speed limit as Im joining from the middle from another road which is not a school or playground zone. OR would all the roads, leading to a school or playground zone, have a sign?
    2) Some roads don't have any speed limit mentioned, so what speed should we keep in mindnfor those? Again if we're joining a road with a particular speed limit but the speed limit sign is not there, how do we know whats the speee limit?
    Thank you.

      Thank you for kind words.
      1. Yes, there will always be a sign indicating the speed limit when you enter a school zone (or any other road for that matter).
Now, if there are no road signs, always assume 30km/hr for school zones and playgrounds since that is the standard.
      2. Again, there will be a sign when entering a new road. However, if there is no sig then you can make educated assumptions. In Alberta, the standard unposted speed limit is 40km/hr since 2021. So, you can assume 40km/hr.
If you are taking the road test and did not see a posted speed limit, but can let the examiner know you will be driving the standard speed limit unless you see the speed limit sign.
