@Vietsub TEAM Hanzo It depends on the model, but for furniture this usually good for poly count; could be higher depending on the complexity of the object.
You are genuinely one of the best 3D channels on the internet. Thank you for showing you full process in every video. I love seeing the differences in how you approach problems. It really helps me think like a problem solver and not some rigid rule-follower. I appreciate your transparency and consistency, and your work is really fantastic to boot!
I always find your videos inspiring! Even when making more realistic assets i tend to watch your work because your workflow is understandable and i learn a lot by watching your techniques.
It really depends on what it is that needs to be changed. If it's just uv adjustments, I update the uvs and re-import the model to Substance Painter( you can do that and still keep the textures as long as the vertex count of the model doesn't change).
Hi,can you tell why deleting half side of the model Instead of using transform attributes to transfer the UV maps why deleting and re-doing it again.it seems like a extra work. or is that necessary step ? If so pls explain cos im not familiar with that process
hello, I really like the work you have done, but since the videos you have taken are fast, I cannot understand what you are doing, it would be great if your videos were slow, thank you...
Anyone else not being able to buy from gumroad? Specifically the "how to make a stylized outdoor environment from start to finish"? I tried my credit card, my parent's credit card my debit card, I even added extra moeny into it, I used PayPal still unable to buy this. I tried on another laptop, on another phone. Please help @3dEx???
Hi! When youre baking your highpoly to lowpoly. Are you softening any edges in maya prior to exporting? Im making a shotgun now but when im baking I get some really weird results when trying to bake :/
I really love all your videos but I where is uv unwrapping process here ,why don't you show UV Unwrap a quick one the layouts it will be more worthy please make a note on that 🙏 ,thanks for sharing videos God bless you peace from India
Yeah! So because he duplicated the different parts of the model like the pillows and parts for the couch that means they’ll share the same texture space- they don’t need separate UVs because they’ll be directly on top of each other. This saves space of better texel density.
Guys notice how he optimised the pillows ! You don't need the edges to flow all the way across, end them >:( if it doesn't help the shape it's not needed

So you group your mesh then combining them
at the end everything is combined
@@3dextrude do you need to use multi cut tool to combine the pieces
If you weld them, possibly. If not you can just combine without welding.

Hahahaha! This reminds me of college, one of the first few objects you learn to create "the couch".
Just wanted to be clear, did you take the take the high rez version which has all the beveling and projected it onto the low rez in Substance Painter?
@@TJ-wq7su yeah that's what happened :)
this music is perfect hahaha
Whats your workflow for when you find an error in your low-poly and or what to go back and change something?
It really depends on what it is that needs to be changed. If it's just uv adjustments, I update the uvs and re-import the model to Substance Painter( you can do that and still keep the textures as long as the vertex count of the model doesn't change).

Yes! Normals of the model are super important. Rule of thumb is to have hard edges at sharp angles( close to 90 degrees) and everything else soften.
3dEx thank you! I’ll give it a try and let you know how it goes!
you cant get copyright on this musics?
Not on most music I have used, but some do.
What program do you use to make you turntables?
Marmoset Toolbag
whats up with the song, i thought it was star wars video lol

Will make sure to show the uv process as well
Is there a chance someone could tell me what was the workflow used on unwrapping?
Yeah! So because he duplicated the different parts of the model like the pillows and parts for the couch that means they’ll share the same texture space- they don’t need separate UVs because they’ll be directly on top of each other. This saves space of better texel density.
Sir I want to collaborate with you
May I know how to move vertex in 0:53?
press b to enable soft selection, hold down b and drag to change the size. You can also find the options under the move tool settings
Render in marmoset?
Yes
Thankss!nice job!

Please Slow Your Speed
I just woke up...
Just in time ;)
Bro make character tailor in fortnite
Automatic unwrap? Disappointed
I used it for the simple geometric shapes, it's fine to use it for that.
