Tim and Mollie's parents were so blessed. I can't imagine what a joy their home must have been with these two beautiful songbirds. My only gripe is Mollie and Tim aren't putting out more music.
Tim perfectly introduces the brilliance of Dylan to another generation or two. That's the only way music should be passed along. Thank God for RUclips,
This is great! I love this Dylan song. You might give a listen to Aoife O'Donovan and Chris Thile's rendition,.It's a bit slower but the harmonies are wonderful.
Ah, great stuff. ....haven't seen them in a long time...York Theatre...oh, 1990's I'm guessing. Only have a couple of CD's tho' of Tim with Mollie, and their version of 'Orphan Girl' is superb. Jim
This is what is called "blood harmony." Nothing like it!
Beautiful!!! thank you!
Tim and Mollie bring such joy. Love their harmonies.

It has been too many years since I heard something new by Mollie. Great song and a great cover.

R u on FB?
I like how they sing this song best. Their rustic style works with the lyrics in a way that Dylan's and Baez's don't
Sweet!!!!
I found Mollie first and through her found Tim.
Sooooooo good.

Way cool. Americana at it's best!
Tim Medahko: You must be equal to the Irish for classy music

Awesome! Also a great version by New Riders of the Purple Sage
One of the best Dylan covers I've ever heard. Fabulous. Is that some kind of mandocello Tim O'Brien is playing?
It's a Nugget guitar-bodied octave mandolin. Wonderful instrument, isn't it?
That harmony is pretty much perfect. Say, what make model of guitar is that arch top anyway? Can't make it out?
bob dylan used the melody of an auld scots sang....farewell to tarwathie. he used quite a few scots melodies in his sangs.
