The anti-cheat is no good. You report them. But the reports don't go anywhere. And last but not least, block them so you don't run into them again. But it's definitely rank and non-ranked. Every other game I play I run into them. Or they are actually on my team.
I see ppl using Cronus, strike packs, etc not as much for recoil, but moreso to make macros to hit their jump button and air strafe without having to touch their left stick in air essentially having a combo…this is the players who have ridiculously fast air strafes constantly and never have to get fatigued from doing the actual movement
Bro I’m on PC and let me tell you at this point I run into the same handful of cheaters every time play. I played Siege and saw that ubisofts anticheat simply does not work. This honestly is an industry problem at this point and anybody who buys a chronus or zen is pathetic. Why somebody would want to cheat and then try to gaslight people into thinking nobody cheats is beyond me. I almost guarantee you that if all of this was banned tomorrow you’d watch the player count plummet and the leaderboards become drastically different.
I have only ever played 2 games of ranked and what an experience that was! After that I haven't touched it since. Both games had cheaters. I do come across the odd few every once in a while on casual.
Sadly with how the devs of these cheats operate now, they can bypass most systems if the cheater pays a huge amount of cash. But the anti cheat software detects an anomaly in the cheater's computer but as it can't detect the cheat itself, the person does not get banned. Sometimes they get kicked though. Sadly it is not a XDefiant thing. It's a problem throughout the entire gaming world and it will likely never go away until anti Cheat software devs take it up several dozen notches and go scorched Earth somehow.
cheaters are spending money to get bored of the game faster, to have their skills get worse(who needs proper map knowledge or movement when an aimbot will sit down the majority of players, and no aim required means no aim practiced), and any money spent on the game(including hacks) being wasted when they get banned. Any clout or positivity they receive pails in comparison to the hate they will get when caught. Cheaters are training yourself to expect quick dopamine hits without spending any effort which will lead to major issues outside of the game. When you expect to be a pro at the point of a button how are you ever going to push past minor inconveniences or appreciate earned success that pails in comparison to what you could do while cheating. we really need a documentary/PSA type video showing all of this. Show someone cheat for 6 months and see how their skills degrade and they get hardstuck in ranked, show how proper practice can improve skills in 6 months and gain ranks. Show them People who have used cheats all their life and what few accomplishments they have that hasn't been taken away or marred by dishonor. Show them stats on the odds you are of having depression, anxiety, self hate, low motivation to do anything, etc when you cheat. We need games to show clips of cheaters making trash plays and getting destroyed.
I was in a ranked match and one of my teammates was like floating and moving really fast around the map! I hope the devs are doing something about this...

Had a trio last night, I sussed as soft aiming. We almost turned it and they turned off the smoothing to straight rage aimbot. The games after were good.
I've def come across cheaters... but I'm a former Apex Legends player... soooooo... yeah, the cheating situation in Xdefiant doesn't seem all that bad to me yet! lololol I can at least play a handful of matches before getting smoked! I played around 20 games yesterday and had atleast 1 cheater in like 12 of them. It's insane. Spin bots, wallhacking aimbots etc. They don't even hide it
The cheater i talked aboyt the other day was SplitDome-headshots only with sniper. Idk how to send a video cuz i dont use social media. Just Playstation and youtube. But he cheatin alright😂

Dude unfortunately cheating is everywhere and it’s really unfortunate. At the moment studios devs and just in general tech industry are getting laid off everywhere. I’m not making excuses but these companies will not pay money for a dedicated team so it’s going to be hard to get rid of these people.
It's a catch 22 because by doing that you create problems like these and that causes more players to leave the game thus causing a decrease in potential profit

I have had cheaters myself in casual. Every game has them and they will always be prevalent in Ranked or competitive modes especially if there is incentive for winning. I don't understand why anyone at this point thought that cheaters weren't going to be in XDefiant. Shit, they exist in non-FPS games, and if they exist there they exist everywhere. It was stated that BattlEye has banned thousands of cheaters already but with a free game like XDefiant, those cheaters easily can just get another account. For those who would say, Hardware ban those players; that doesn't 100% guarantee that the cheater stays banned as they can replace the hardware in their computers if they are smart enough. Sure, you can IP ban players but once again, change your IP Address and you are immediately back in the game cheating. Unless a direct action is taken against the cheat software producers themselves the epidemic of cheaters will never end because sorry sacks of wasted existence live around the world and can't stand losing. PS: Hopefully XDefiant does what Rainbow Six did to make it easier to catch cheaters like a theater style menu to review footage of past games (makes it much easier to catch wallhack cheaters and cheats that aren't as obvious as the flying cheats)

Almost at the point I'm ready to give up on this game which I'm really trying not to because I enjoy it but things are just suspicious now every other game
After playing this game from the beginning of preseason and at level 140, guys are coming in now at level 21, sitting at the top of the leaderboard with a 40 /4 K/D wiping the floor with guys around Level 140, makes me think they have been caught cheating and opened a new Account on a different name and are leveling up, this is in unranked, if I'm not getting this I'm getting players on the other team with all the same name except the ending, meaning they are a Team ( In unranked ), for individuals then there is no chance to win, or even get kills, so I quit the game, that coupled with getting hit around corners and the bunny hoppers spamming their buttons, and that Dam sniper hitting you on a toe or finger with his one shot kill, for me makes this game unplayable at the moment.. so I have stopped, and gone back to COD, its a pity because I really like the Game. 4 out of 5 games I play are like this...
KBM OCE region. I have stopped playing because it's pretty much impossible to get a lobby without at least one hacker now. Was fun at the start, but its game over now. Cheating is an epidemic.
I've had at least one I can confirm was cheating in tdm, about 3 minutes in he was already at 54-4 and was constantly getting single head shot on all his kills. Wish I captured it.

And again, I play PC, I don't count the XIM or whatever it is called as cheat when I say this, I play MnK, and I can't speak to what is done to spoof aim assist and so on. "I just broke level 200, and I have seen cheaters like that maybe 5 times" When I played CoD, I saw cheaters like that 5 times on a week, and that was the CoD games were they good about banning cheaters! There have been CoDs where I saw cheaters like that several times EVERY SINGLE DAY! So when I compare to CoD, and in all of Xdefiants lifetime I have seen what I used to see in a week or 2 - then I don't think it's that bad! I don't think it is completely rampant, I don't think it makes it unplayable, because the alternative I have is worse. Do I want them to ban them, to keep on top of it, to constantly be after them? YES! Of course - or it will get rampant! But if I had to make a list of things for them to focus more on than they do now - cheating would be a way down that list, because it isn't perfect, but it is not that bad! The only CoD game I can recall that was pretty decent about thinning out cheaters was BO3 - and I believe that is a big part of why everyone remembers it so fondly - And even that had more cheaters than Xdefiant do! The game at this rate will have more cheaters then legit players left XD Ranked is not playable as of now. The worst part is the better cheaters have stuff like hitbox altering. (even if u miss by litteraly a body in width it will kill you).
cepsoncrack, only heatshots while hip firing with ak,was 70 something kills, 12 deaths, averaging 40-50 each match, then next day went to 10 kills 20 deaths. then next day back to hacks

no, we’re not lying. i’m level 150, on pc with crossplay on, i’ve ran into one cheater and he was on my team. he even had “hack” in his name. the rest of the legit players were typing in team chat making fun of him for having to cheat and all that too. that’s my only experience with a cheater. ppl that say “im level xyz and haven’t seen a cheater” aren’t saying that there ARENT cheaters in the game. we’re simply saying we haven’t ran into them, which yes, i don’t think it’s THAT bad compared to other games i’ve played. i’m sorry this had to happen tho but im glad u recorded the game and posted it so maybe the devs see it, or it just spreads awareness on the situation. id like to add i’ve only played like 4 ranked matches total because with or without cheaters, ranked is in a terrible state rn anyway. maybe i would’ve ran into more cheaters. but no, we’re not lying. that’s my only experience with a cheater in this game and i guess im lucky, but im happy i am lol edit: i know you like the info as well. i’m on the same servers as you and usually play later in the night but sometimes during the day as well

Because it doesn't happen to them they think that it either doesn't happen at all or not as frequently as some say. Oh for sure, I've played OW2 a few times and never seen a blatant cheater like over here, granted I play that on console and wasn't very high in rank. My goal with a video like this is to get more people talking and to get more eyes on it in hopes it will spark a real discussion into how it can be countered if at all. Valorant is a weird one I've heard they have a strict anticheat, someone even mentioned to me that they can detect a cronus on console, which I don't think that's even possible at the moment or more companies would be doing it. But glad you like the attachment videos, I have sort of slacked off on those a bit, because they take such a long time to edit the way I want them to be but I do want to finish all of the attachments before season 1 ends
keep naming and shaming them , i see cheaters in loads of matches where it doesnt matter what they are doing jumping off something , sliding they headshot me often across maps , i can be pinging them in the head and the game sounds like a slot machine paying the jackpot and they still head shot me with a sniper but when im sniping i take one hit and my aim is all over the place.

yeah Apex got out of hand for a while so I also left but I do go back from time to time on console

Cheats r done with using the game mechanics such as macros, reading the game memory, injecting into the game memory, and more lol

After playing this game from the beginning of preseason and at level 140, guys are coming in now at level 21, sitting at the top of the leaderboard with a 40 /4 K/D wiping the floor with guys around Level 140, makes me think they have been caught cheating and opened a new Account on a different name and are leveling up, this is in unranked, if I'm not getting this I'm getting players on the other team with all the same name except the ending, meaning they are a Team ( In unranked ), for individuals then there is no chance to win, or even get kills, so I quit the game, that coupled with getting hit around corners and the bunny hoppers spamming their buttons, and that Dam sniper hitting you on a toe or finger with his one shot kill, for me makes this game unplayable at the moment.. so I have stopped, and gone back to COD, its a pity because I really like the Game. 4 out of 5 games I play are like this...
Terrible, I've felt the same way, keep seeing way to many low level accounts when I'm 126
KBM OCE region. I have stopped playing because it's pretty much impossible to get a lobby without at least one hacker now. Was fun at the start, but its game over now. Cheating is an epidemic.

I've had at least one I can confirm was cheating in tdm, about 3 minutes in he was already at 54-4 and was constantly getting single head shot on all his kills. Wish I captured it.
Sheeesh that's exactly what I'm talking about like how can a system not flag that many kills that fast for someone to review

Unfortunately, this is ubisoft and ubisoft is known for not having the best quality control when it comes to their games and possibly when they're anti cheat, And unfortunately, mark rubin decided to work with them

When I played CoD, I saw cheaters like that 5 times on a week, and that was the CoD games were they good about banning cheaters! There have been CoDs where I saw cheaters like that several times EVERY SINGLE DAY!
So when I compare to CoD, and in all of Xdefiants lifetime I have seen what I used to see in a week or 2 - then I don't think it's that bad! I don't think it is completely rampant, I don't think it makes it unplayable, because the alternative I have is worse.
Do I want them to ban them, to keep on top of it, to constantly be after them? YES! Of course - or it will get rampant!
But if I had to make a list of things for them to focus more on than they do now - cheating would be a way down that list, because it isn't perfect, but it is not that bad!
The only CoD game I can recall that was pretty decent about thinning out cheaters was BO3 - and I believe that is a big part of why everyone remembers it so fondly - And even that had more cheaters than Xdefiant do! (And there is another disclaimer here: I haven't played the newest cod games, I stopped with WWII)
its so much worse in ranked once the cheaters get high enough level they aren't going to sit in pubs.

Ranked is not playable as of now. The worst part is the better cheaters have stuff like hitbox altering. (even if u miss by litteraly a body in width it will kill you).

cepsoncrack, only heatshots while hip firing with ak,was 70 something kills, 12 deaths, averaging 40-50 each match, then next day went to 10 kills 20 deaths. then next day back to hacks

@@NyteFalll il try, theres 2 of them, the others call jayrip or sometrhing like that , jay does the same, i see you had a jay in your upload.they play together,il start clipping, its made the game not fun cos thewy are on every night and low player base just keep getting them.last night though they were struggilng to get 10 kills, there player level is around 200, but definetly cheating, jay feels like he has wall, hacks aswell
@@NyteFalll I have clips of 'GasAllTheJooze' just now getting 77/7, and 90 plus kills, instant death to us with the AK, everyone was getting him in their game over and over and we were hating it, i only took like 3 clips, cos it was just the same death over and over

no, we’re not lying. i’m level 150, on pc with crossplay on, i’ve ran into one cheater and he was on my team. he even had “hack” in his name.
the rest of the legit players were typing in team chat making fun of him for having to cheat and all that too.
that’s my only experience with a cheater. ppl that say “im level xyz and haven’t seen a cheater” aren’t saying that there ARENT cheaters in the game. we’re simply saying we haven’t ran into them, which yes, i don’t think it’s THAT bad compared to other games i’ve played.
i’m sorry this had to happen tho but im glad u recorded the game and posted it so maybe the devs see it, or it just spreads awareness on the situation. id like to add i’ve only played like 4 ranked matches total because with or without cheaters, ranked is in a terrible state rn anyway. maybe i would’ve ran into more cheaters.

Thank you, I didn't mean to say people were lying the real issue is that people get lured into a falsehood. Because it doesn't happen to them they think that it either doesn't happen at all or not as frequently as some say. I would say a majority of cheaters will be in ranked as they have nothing to really gain playing unranked

and it’s a free game so it’s really unfortunate that they can just keep making new accounts no matter how quick they get banned.
my most recent game before xdefiant was ow2. i was literally just watching a vid with a 5 stack of cheaters on one team. but i’ve never ran into a single cheater on that game. i guess im just really lucky but no matter which game you play it’s gonna be riddled with cheaters. it’s genuinely impossible to name one game rn that doesn’t have a cheating problem besides MAYBE valorant, but ive heard that cheaters figured that one out as well.
also thanks for putting certain attachments thru testing its helped me build classes and might have even helped devs realize some of their attachments aren’t working as intended
Oh for sure, I've played OW2 a few times and never seen a blatant cheater like over here, granted I play that on console and wasn't very high in rank. My goal with a video like this is to get more people talking and to get more eyes on it in hopes it will spark a real discussion into how it can be countered if at all. Valorant is a weird one I've heard they have a strict anticheat, someone even mentioned to me that they can detect a cronus on console, which I don't think that's even possible at the moment or more companies would be doing it. But glad you like the attachment videos, I have sort of slacked off on those a bit, because they take such a long time to edit the way I want them to be but I do want to finish all of the attachments before season 1 ends

keep naming and shaming them , i see cheaters in loads of matches where it doesnt matter what they are doing jumping off something , sliding they headshot me often across maps , i can be pinging them in the head and the game sounds like a slot machine paying the jackpot and they still head shot me with a sniper but when im sniping i take one hit and my aim is all over the place.

Bro, your telling me to be just like all the other creators for this game. Why would I do that? I've said from the start of this game I'll never lie or bend the truth, I only report what I see and how I feel. I have several videos with parts going over things I like about it. Idk if you just skip past those or what, but believe me they are there. Do you really think I would put the time and effort into this game and be as high of a level as I am if I really disliked the game entirely? That just sounds silly. I truly care about the long term success of this game, but they need someone criticizing them. Most of this never even makes it back to them anyway because of the size of the channel right now. But I'm never going to be the one to blow smoke and tell everyone oh theres tons of cheaters see look, but now lets talk about why should still play despite that.
