      There would be a centre and a scale factor. You should watch the video 3 to 4 times as I also did to understand.

      I don't understand how to find the centre (yay)
      Like, I understand how the top parts match up to find the co ordinates, but the bottom two corners I don't understand

    Enlargement is actually called dilation since you can shrink the shape too or flip it to the negative with scale factor -1.

    in that last example where did you get the negative8?

      The (-8,3) describes the centre of enlargement. If you re-watch the part of the video about enlargements it shows you how to find the centre of enlargement. The -8 in this case refers to -8 on the x-axis. Hope this helps!

      you're not just supposed to understand your lesson by watching a 5 minute video, you should watch it then solve and if you're confused, watch it again and complete trying until you get the correct information
