@@henriquefb1452 no this is the original, RUclips does allow that but not for already uploaded videos, it would have to be re-uploaded, 2009 had some high quality cameras, this wasn't uncommon, plus saint motel was formed out of people that came from a film background in college, so that's why it looks so professional

How is this and so many of their other amazing songs made a decade ago? They all feel so modern. I guess Saint Motel was 10+ years above the competition, but was somehow ignored for some reason.
So he was going to poison all his friends but then the corks got switched and he ended up killing himself? Very cool vid, much better than the high budget ones pop stars get. I just feel sorry for the maid =/

I love this video because it is so well done there is a lot of attention to details ! It looks like it is played backwards but no, the bag can be seen in almost every scene before the lunch, the new singer is the guy at the entrance of the club... I may have missed some but this might be one of the best music video I've seen (talking about the coherence, not necessarly the beauty of the images)

shouldn't it have been the butler and not the maid that died because he drank from the one that originally had the red cork?
It's kind of meta how not both the main character and the film makers mixed up the bottles. I can see how it happened too. They thought red bottle = poison, so they had the maid die, not accounting for the switch.
The maid and butler were dead because they kissed after they drank which poisoned them both
The butler picks up the originally red corked bottle and lets the maid drink it. He then puts the red cork into the top of the other bottle. Thus the maid dies.
