    This is beautiful! Let me give it a try! Thanks for the recipe :) I have a question , should I grill the Kale? If i put those seasoned fresh kale on the pizza dough and bake, is it okay? I need some tips because of my poor cooking knowledge

      Hello! Yes, you could use raw kale in this recipe. Grilling the kale first gives you a lovely smoky flavor and different texture... but you can use raw kale, if you wish. Just make sure you toss it with a little oil, salt and pepper before putting it on your pizza, otherwise it will burn. Good luck and have fun making your pizza!
