Please don't ever remove this clip from RUclips. Regardless of how many times I listen to it, it never gets old, but always leads me into yet deeper places of awareness of what Christ did for us.
This is THE best rendition of this song ever. I fell in love with the sun first time I heard it and then I found this version randomly on RUclips and it has been such a blessing ever since, about 10 years ago
I have visited this sight almost every Easter for the last 9 years and i share it on my fb! God Bless You All! NEVER take this song off!!!!! I love it tooooooo much!
No one can sing it as beautifully as you can. I have been listening to this version for the last six years and never get tired of it! A Great way to reflect at years end!
don't delete this video. out of every worship song out there. i really feel the love of God in this clip. this song alone is anointed. and this video is serenely expressive to His children that await for home.
This is so awesome! Thanks so much for sharing! I watched this video to learn this song for Mass which I was cantor at yesterday. This song touches my heart! Glory to God! Glory forever! Thanks for helping me and it is so beautiful where this was video taped I wish I was there also!
We recently played this in church (Anglican), featuring violin and melody banjo in Am. We will continue to improvise with 5-string banjo and perhaps flute, as well.
Perhaps one of the more pure expressions of worship I've been fortunate enough to share with others in the faith... even if it is in video form... raw and astounding. If I'm not mistaken, this is an American Southern Gospel song dating back the better part of 200 years (predating the civil war), which fits well with this Irish treatment... but then again, any time the Irish sing something, they own it. :-)
@1plus1b2 Yeah, it is purely American in origin, but its Gaelic roots can definitely be heard due to the fact it was developed in Appalachia by the Scotch-Irish immigrants.
@Ice9yo, No one has answered you in six years, so here you go: It is a called a bodhran. When I lived in the UK, my friend tried to teach me, and I remember going to the beat of "Pineapple Apricot" (six syllables) over and over.
Deeply moving and inspiring largely in fact to the loose but wonderful arrangement. Only Wilder Adkins and Chelsea Moon's versions [though different in their own right] manage to match.
PERFECT!.... So fitting for this song. I LOVE THIS SONG! Check out "Indellible Graces" version (although i don't think it's on youtube anywhere- Mabey someone will post it:)
Has to be one of my favorite videos ans songs! Does anyone know where their church is or any more of their videos? I saw somewhere else that the minister (In suit and glasses on guitar) here has passed away. Does any one know more? Thanks Psalmist Susan. Australia

gostaria de estar lá...
Is this near Carrig Eden? I stayed in Greystones twice for a prayer conference.
I don't remember exactly where it was, but it was probably near a train station.
Please tell me what the name is of your band? I would love to hear more of your music!
I agree! It was just so natural and beautiful in its simplicity. Is this a band of musicians, a family?
Nice
What a great jam! Where was this recorded? Wonderous Love was my favorite Sacred Harp tune when I sang in a Sacred Harp group decades ago.
I wish the young woman could have sung alone some more--a very pleasing voice:)
2019?
