- HD Film Tributes Supports Kamala Harris for President! - kamalaharris.com/
I've never done anything like this before with this channel, however this is the most important presidential election of my lifetime. -- Donald Trump is a convicted felon who has also been found liable for both fraud and sexual assault. In addition, he clearly does not respect the democratic process unless the results are in his favor. That is why I am using this channel (and the over one million views it gets per day) to encourage people to vote for Kamala Harris on November 5th. She supports raising the minimum wage, LGBTQ rights, clean energy, and a woman's right to choose. -- I realize that I'll probably lose some subscribers because of this post, and for that I'm sorry because I hate to see anyone go. -- Anyway, thank you for reading.
-- Soundtrack from the 1966 Sergio Leone film "Il buono, il brutto, il cattivo" with Clint Eastwood, Lee Van Cleef, Eli Wallach, Aldo Giuffre, Luigi Pistilli, Rada Rassimov, Antonio Casas & Mario Brega. -- HD Film Tributes is a channel with over three hundred movie homages currently posted. Every time I watch this movie, I fall in love all over again with the music, the scenery, and Clint Eastwood ❤ 🔥
Ennio morricone in fact created the perception of western movies..just imagine this movie without Ennio Morricone . True masterpiece
My favorite scene and music in the history of cinema!.
تحياتي الخالصة من hamou fahem Skikda Algeria thanks
I forgot about the American civil war bits. It looked like WW1 and then I thought there was probably people alive at the time that remember the civil war. Wow! We really need a good movie/documentary about the US civil war.
Legendary music and cinema. Epic movie
There's two kind of people !!!........legend...
When Clint Eastwood didn't know limits and he was the blonde with the good company of Eli Wollach and the good old Lee van Cleff. The gold times of western cinema. 🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎞️🎞️🎞️🎞️🎞️🎞️🎞️🎬🎬🎬🎬🎬🎬🎬

Ennio Morricone was neither the good, the bad, nor the ugly, he was a legend
He was the SUPER GOOD and yes, LEGEND! 🤠🤠🤠
Or copying others comments
There has to be some other words we may need to make one up to designate the upper echelons of genius and even just overall contribution to a given field. Since sadly the word legend has been so so so so so overused....
I know him..
Morricone is a legend
Standing 6"4 - tall and lean, with crystal blue eyes, a squint and a cigar dangling in the corner of his mouth...the scruffy stubble and his poncho over his 6 shooter...when I saw Clint in the Good the Bad and the Ugly...as a young boy - I thought he was the coolest, baddest M**ker I had ever seen on film. I have been a fan ever since. He is over 90 years old now - still acting, directing and full of life and energy. Respect to you Mr. Eastwood.

Clint Eastwood was an absolute Chad when he was a young man.
Yep, he was totally my childhood crush.

Well said ❤!!!
Clint Eastwood was the first badass superhero in cinema
@Revolver so did those guys know how to do cool tricks with their gun and stuff?? 😉Lol cuz seriously, even though I'm sure there's plenty of O I don't know stunts things done in in the movie (haven't seen it but I'm just guessing) I mean, just seeing Clint spin the gun into the holster,..😯 he had to put in some work to do that!! 😆😆😆
Lee Van Cleef 🚬 ???!!!
@@michelemichele7178 Try Terence Hill in the "Trinity" movies... or quite a few other "spaghetti western" movies. Just don't go in expecting seriousness... most spaghetti western movies are all about fun and laughter. Except when they're not - then they're veritable gut punches (like, for example, "Duck, you sucker!" with Rod Steiger and James Coburn - awesome movie, but hits right in the feels)
Nope. Yojimbo (Sanjuro character) was.
He was just one of many. There were others before him. Certainly the first for spaghetti westerns though.

I dig this comment. Nice play on the original line.
This movie wouldn't have been the same without Ennio Morricone's music. 💓
🎯💯 so it's not only true that it wouldn't be the same, it wouldn't be anywhere near the masterpiece that it is.
I mean the music itself stands on its own so truly iconic
That's true of all the films he did the music for.

You are a great artist. I've been following your channel for a long time. Good days my friend.
One of the greatest western films ever made with one of the most iconic soundtracks ever, Ennio Morricone and Sergio Leone were geniuses. Also, brilliant cinematography from Tonino Delli Colli, especially in the climax, a perfect example of “less is more”.
The greatest western ever made and one of the best films ever.
Samuel Barber🤔 seems like I just read your name in the same place where I read about this score
@@vanplq8841I'd argue once upon a time in the west is better.
@@Dravianpn02Once upon a time in the west is also a masterpiece, but the characters aren’t as good as the good the bad and the ugly. Harmonica guy is on par with Blondie though.
My father passed away yesterday, I haven't had a relationship with him since I was 6 years old so 42 years without him in my life ... But this was one of his favorite movies & theme music, I used to sit with him and listen to this , so today I'm listening with a heavy heart , goodbye father I love you ❤
May he rest in peace🙏🏻
Bless his soul. I've just ended the dollar trilogy because I know how my dad was a huge fan of western movies, he passed away 3 years ago and only now I'm trying to get interested in what he loved and I've just gotten into an extraordinary universe, we played the ecstasy of gold for his funeral and there had something so mystical about it... may your dad rest in peace.
I'm sorry for your big loss bro...May the soul rest in peace....🌷

True. Without an actress. Proves you don't need an actress if you have good enough actors and a good enough story and theme.

@@hankastrapkova9376he meant was without any unnecessary sex or romantic or kissing scene u can have a great movie
@@hankastrapkova9376He might be referring to the fact that movies from this time period used women as more of set dressing than actual characters, so this movie kinda proved at the time that you didn't need a large-breasted woman in a low-cut dress.

The music, plot and characters are top shelf.
Young bucks don't know about this classic. So I put them on to it.
Italian genius is evident in every cultural activity. From cinema to painting, from sculpture to opera, from literature to theatre. And I could go on. Beauty is inherent in Italianness. If you measure the performance of the actors in this movie then Tuco steals the show
@@HDFilmTributes sure you remember the crazy one
If you work for a living, ? Why do you kill yourselves, working?
It was crucial for Tuco's kind of bad to be played off of Eastwood's virtuous bad and Lee Van Cleef's cold, vicious bad. Because it made Tuco the most human and relatable of the three.
At 0:36 ,when I was a child, I didn’t blinked once! Has to be my all time favourite film back then 👌🏻🫶🏻
The best western of all time. And the music of Ennio Morricone help make it such a success. I just watched the Danish orchestra perform it here on you tube. What a complex piece of music it is. It was simply amazing watching them perform. What a cast of amazing actors along with a dramatic soundtrack together can produce, a Western masterpiece.
You know I was just about to watch that too.... I read an early interview with Syrje from system of a down., And he mentioned this this guy and this music.
That was a superb performance.
Love your Danish Orchestra ❗️❗️
I am 24 years old and I thank my father for introducing me to and loving the world of Westerns!!!❤
I really appreciate how you brought it all together and matched up the score with it. Enjoyed this version very much.
So this is just something someone did on their own? Somehow I had assumed it was something promotional perhaps that the studio had done definitely something professional though.
This was the Munich Radioorchsetra (Münchner Rundfunkorchester) and as you can see it was aired on the german TV sender 3 sat.
One of the Best soundtrack ever Made.

Greatest in my option when I finally saw it in my 20s

Greatest film of all time is Stalker by Andrei Tarkovsky.
Good, Bad and the Ugly is an excellent film, but not even in the top ten with films like Seven Samurai or The 400 Blows.
lol
@@georgemetesky5519It is DEFINITELY up there with seven samurai. The good, the bad, and the ugly is really entertaining, while also being extremely well written (the character dynamics between the 3 main characters Is great.) Don’t you dare try to say it doesn’t belong in the top ten at least.
