Tifa’s LIMIT break “Dolphin Flurry” can be obtained by completing the battle challenge “Tifa vs. Wild Animals” in the Corneo Colosseum (Chapter 14). I would have also started easy, then try normal, maybe, and then go back to farming up on easy difficulty, if useful and fun, and then do some final testings on normal mode. 1:10:29 - No way! 🤣 1:11:20 - In Chadley's portable combat simulator, the no item rule doesn't apply. Man, I drank a lot of Elixirs when trying to get my 4th summon Bahamut in Chapter 14, normal difficulty. Glad I had many options, very early. Speedrunners for Any % Platinum Trophy tend to get 3 out of 4 summons the 2nd time visiting Chapter 17, where Chadley unlocks a local simulator before the party continues its journey. I suppose this is not a spoiler at this point, anymore. You might have completed the game. If not, just ignore my opinion. 😉 1:49:45 - Double Stagger, like magically switching from Operator Mode to Punisher Mode and guard as well, leading to a counter attack...pro gamer. 😱 It was likely by accident, even involving luck, but man that hit like a truck!
If I recall correctly, i am fairly certain I played this on easy mode, so I think I genuinely hadn't had any deaths at that point. Or if I had, they were very few and far between. Lol.
Yes, and once the character stats are good to go, the fights are safer and faster to go through, plus the extra content after finishing. There's still some math behind all that. But I feel like my characters are capable of doing anything at this point, only falling short 2 weapon upgrades (2x combining a Materia Slot, which I don't need) and 3x Götterdämmerung. I'm preparing my mind for that, but some content sharing is possible, already, for showing stuff.
Booooo chat not telling you to pay Hart. He would've also given you Barret's last weapon, and there's a chest across from him with 3000 gil so it's really only 7k you pay. Your play space looks super cozy I must say. With room for housecat.
This should not be a problem if played again via Chapter selection, in case Van finished the game. Farming up once considered useful and fun will have the party being short on money only once, when the first items can be bought in Chapter 3.
