The red haired version is the Swedish artwork and I guess it was an attempt to make her look like "Red Sonja". After all Brigitte Nielsen was Scandinavia's hottest Hollywood export at that time.

What a coincidence! I've been binging through the first four Doom games recently!
I remember renting this back in the day. My friends and I thought it was hilarious how they filmed pretty much everything at the same damn location. It would show them traveling, then they would be back in that same quarry. Then traveling, and then... they were back at the same quarry. In this world, every outdoor location looks like the same place, except for the locations in the footage that they stole from other movies.
And we have another Good Back Flicks! Thank you!!!!!

As a fan of post-apocalyptic fiction, I like this one. All the cliches and Harmony. They borrowed from each other in the universe, a lot. Good channel.

I would love to see you cover 'Treasure of the Four Crowns' from 1983. My aunt and uncle owned it on CED Videodisc when I was a kid and I watched that movie every chance I could. Definitely a good bad flick!

Its almost a crime that more people don't know about Plumbers don't wear ties. They'd never look at video games the same way after playing it.

The scenery looks very familiar in this movie. Then you said it was shot in Turkey, and it clicked, this was shot in some of the locations used for Turkish Star Wars. Those whiteish rocks and those caverns with the rooms and stuff that are carved into the rock, I'm almost positive it's the same location.
Cappadocia, a region with an ancient history.....and penis-shaped rock formations.

Wow, I just watched Land of Doom on TCM a few months back, & it is a crazy coincidence that you would end up reviewing this one, Cecil! Lmao, when i saw Slater, I was thinking the same thing you were. About how goofy & unintimidating he was, lol. He did seem like an angry teenager, lol. I also was confused by the cliffhanger ending, & did not know that there was supposed to be a sequel.

This movie's entire ending action sequence is hilarious and worth watching for alone. Also the villain is clearly supposed to be unmasked during the fight but they edited out the reveal. I guess they wanted to save it for the sequel...
