    Useful video. In life there are only 2 problems--mind and the body. Be careful what you feed your mind. Avoid comparing yourself with others, reduce watching negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress-anxiety. For a relaxed mind observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 10-15-20 minutes or more. You can sit or lay down anywhere-anytime. No deep breathing. Don’t fight your thoughts. With practice the mind will relax. Keep a reminder to observe your breath sensations throughout the day and night before sleep, at work at home, when travelling etc with eyes open or closed. One more tip is to sit on a chair without moving, be still and observe your breath for a few minutes. Stillness reduces thoughts and brings quick relief. Like me make this a lifetime habit to have a better life. Best wishes--Counsellor.

    Thank you. I’m going through a tough time right now. Moving in the middle of a pandemic was stupid. But right now I’m in a new environment and trying to catch up, but I haven’t been able to focus on school. So I’m failing badly. I know it’s my fault, but I’ve officially started working on it. I’m just so stressed. But your videos always seem to help. I’m proud to be myself. But I need to work on myself also. Thank you

      Some people make you believe that but it‘s not true.

    My family never had boundaries, so it's been hard learning as an adult how to reinforce them. I have the self defense capabilities of a door mat.

      in the same boat as u along with mild autism, i use to let people walk on me . nowadays, im assertive, 2 things have changed, 1. my self esteem 2. social understanding. build your self worth so u can feel that u deserve to be respected and social understanding, know whats acceptable and whats not acceptable. u can do it bro

    Hi Psych2Go! I'm doing really well these days. I am so proud of myself for-

    3. Overcoming abuse
    4. Overcoming mental and physical trauma

      @@nakshatramusic21 To be honest, I've had really bad insomnia for almost a year now, which makes school really hard and I fall terribly behind, which takes a toll on my mental health, which makes sleep even harder. However, my depression has been leaving me alone for a couple months, which has been unexpected and quite pleasant

    There is a program called STEPPS or Stairways that our mental health hospital uses to help people work on these areas of mental and emotional strength. It took me nearly a decade to finally get where I needed to be mentally and emotionally.

    I always enjoy your videos! I share them too.
    Talking to a friend about selfcare, I realized I didn't know many options for selfcare aimed at males. Often I think of things women might enjoy, but men may feel unmotivated to do especially when stuck indoors. Do you think a video could be made focusing on it?     I agree with number one, but I always wanted to tell my "talking buddy" what my feeling is during the conversation.
    Thus, I tend to say. "Right now, I feeling sad/angry/upset/etc, but Im trying not to yell. And this is what I though as the solution/question..."
    This way Im not lying with my emotion.
    I think many people is trying too hard to hide their feeling to the point they are going insanely mad.

    I solved the problems and I taking step back and take a break a couple times so I can actually understand it after and I started to understand myself. Every time I'm angry or anytime I'm sad depressed or anything. And listening to you guys and hearing meditation change me. It's fun to actually listen to your own pain to understand lessons about your life and what's going on around you it expands my bubble. And it gets a lot of attentions. To other people. Sometimes they help me in sometimes they don't but are glad that they did help and they didn't. I'm happy for myself. Because at least I can enjoy the journey.😊 And thank you guys for the videos.     Good to hear that I practice each and every habit mentioned here . Am not in any of the social medias , whenever I have a bad day I give myself a delicious food treat , if am on a diet I just go and get myself a gift . I take out time for myself and I love it

    I have been practicing all of these for a couple of years now and it has absolutely helped in more ways than I can count. I no longer get dragged to the depths for simple slights, I have cut down on negative chatter in my head by about 99% and I have cultivated a much brighter perspective on life finally. I'm not saying that everything is completely squared away but I no longer use my head as the paddle to my boat(if that makes sense). Thanks to this channel and others like it and some good ole fashion therapy, I'm out of the cave. Thank you again for caring, have a good one o/.

      Not NEVER touch but monitor our time on social media and do not let it become something that gets in the way of our goals, dreams, activities, etc. It’s not all bad but typically we spend way too much time on it, with nothing to show for it.

    I quit all social media for months. I feel so much better and i’m being more productive. But I miss my friends and being active. But i don’t have the urge to be back again at all. Am I doing wrong? Someone tell me💝

    number 5 is something I'm definitely trying to do.
    Not only do I get sad that I waste time on social media and, but also I started my youtube and tiktok again and I don't get so much views/likes/comments. I know it takes time, but sometimes I see people who seem to just post their first post and immediately get popular. It made me so depressed and think bad of myself, but I'm trying to not care anymore and just enjoy making videos.
    So yes, I will try to stay away from social media lol xD

    im not mentally strong...
    im very broken and i dont know if i can get better...
    i feel like im slowly dying and it hurts everywhere...
    my vision is failing, im weak, i dont sleep, i dont eat, i have breakdowns easily, im unstable...
    my own sister said my problems dont matter...and said it herself i should die...
    shes right

      Don’t listen to judgements like that!

    I started to loved Psych2Go more and more 💖💖💖
    It's like helping me to know my problems and how I can change my self for the better. I know there are other channels that cover topic like stuffs but I like Psych2Go more I really love the narration, the topics and my most favorite is its animated which makes me more interested and entertain the same time learning also love the style . I just love this channel very much 💖
