I couldn't agree with you more! As I was listening to him describe the moments after the attack while on the beach as the people around him were trying to stop the the bleeding, his description of his daughter being so calm and him being in that moment paying attention to every detail down to the wind moving her hair, was so beautiful to me! His daughter's are lucky to have such a loving strong father!

Tears streamed down my face as I watched this video. What a heroic Dad, and a brave daughter. I got chill bumps when he said that a man just handed him his belt. A true miracle. Many blessings to you and your family always.

I teared up so much during this interview. As a parent I know the lengths we would go through for our babies but damn man. When his fist were shaking as he recounted saving his daughters life, i felt that anger, frustration, thankfulness, fear, and power. This man is everything we as girls should all have as a father, what i wish i had in my father....a hero! You are amazing Sir.

He obviously reacted on instinct and deep unbridled love for his daughter and thus his vigilance against the shark is not just plausible but so beyond heroic that I only hope our next president can be half as courageous as this beautiful man.
Listening to the victims dads descriptive account of getting his daughter back is enough to rip your heart out. I'm so glad he got her back. What a brave family to endure such a traumatic event.
