    I like the idea of the Sicaran Punisher to either kill heavy support squads or force them to use a reaction against it and draw attention away from your anti-tank options.

    I REALLY wish Ebon Keshig could take dedicated transports. It's beyond irksome that the "speedy" Legion's best combat dudes have to slog it or use Heavy Support slots to get the transport they deserve.
    As for Seekers, they come into their own in Zone Mortalis, and the sergeant can take a combi-disintegrator which will kill him pretty regularly, but sometimes one-shots that critical model (or a dreadnought). They're fun if not amazing.

      Yeah man, that’s a critical oversight!

      Honestly just swapping the legion abilities of Space Wolves and White Scars fits them so much better. The wolves get to be slightly faster, have more reliable charges, and be focused around their cool melee weapons while the Scars get to be super speedy while still shooting and charging.

    Armistos is also heavy, unlike a MoS, so you don't lose the reroll vs. blasts & and templates. + you get more than a Techmarine with cognis signum & augury built in + a MC Lascannon for reactions at only 90 points, yes, please. I plan on running one at an upcoming event.

      Armistos (aka. The Iron Warriors Vigilator) is absolutely king. Used mine loads. Love him!

    There's some play for a Forge Lord beyond being a Thallax caddy. He can serve as a beat stick centurion with his machinator array giving two extra attacks. Cataphractii armour and a cyber-familiar gives him a 3+ invulnerable.

    • @jonathanaskham3333
      @jonathanaskham3333 Год назад +1

      Yes. This is the type of outside the box thinking we need

      @yinshaoloong2048 Год назад

      Cheers. If you really want to take the piss you can run one with twin lightning claws for something like 7 attacks including the machinator. Its a more tuned up variant of the double claw warsmith. They can shred at initiative while Dominators work their hammers.

    You're wrong with the termite drill
    You can disembark when coming out of Sub assault but you need to remain in contact with the hatch and don't move after that
    Putting a model out from a vehicle is not a movement
    I know it sounds stupid but that's how they played it at the last warhammer event with the support of the gw writters...
    Meaning you can also assault out of an outflanking vehicle BTW if you remain in contact with the hatch
    Thanks for the vid 👌
    Maybe you should use the real tier list app if you do another round of this to show the viewers how the list is looking like

    • @jonathanaskham3333
      @jonathanaskham3333 Год назад +1

      That’s great to get clarity from the GW team because we know certain members of the play test team who unfortunately play it differently. Which is a irritating. Totally agree about Tier List, but we had to throw this ep together double-quick!

    • @depthcharge126

      That’s not necessarily true either. The drill arrives, then the models can disembark and move as usual during the following (same turn) movement phase. Reserves are not during the movement phase, and the wording is crappy, so you can get out and move during the movement phase after reserves are finished.
      “Any models Embarked on a model with the Transport Sub-type must remain Embarked and may not Disembark as part of a Subterranean Assault (but may Disembark normally during the following Movement phase).”

    You guys rated the Kratos, Predators and Cerberus way higher than I would. The Kratos looks so cool and I want it to do well, but every time I've used it, it has never made up it's points cost. And the way shooting against squadrons works, Predator squadrons can get taken out so easily since the armor pen rolls over from one to the next. Also, the big gun on the Cerberus gets hot, so I feel like it's just as likely to blow itself up as it is to destroy anything else. Though I do really want a couple javelins now lol, if only they weren't so expensive...

      I've had great success with the kratos but particularly magna melta preds. Worth checking out. 2 in a squadron does the job.

      I’ve played with the Cerberus through BGT and it did just fine. Maybe a hull point here or there from gets hot, but really not an issue imho. Anecdotal evidence at best I know, but it was never a hinderance
