I don’t know why you’re doing this in the first place but there was a guy who preserved a shark I think or a goat in Apoxsee resin somehow it was in a museum around here in Hollywood for a while that’s how I would do it but I don’t know if you can put a live thing into resin and I’m really not that curious because I’m really not trying to do that by a glass goldfish and hang it from a string or put it in Apoxsee resin it will be a lot prettier less stinky and it’s kind of just weird to play with dead animals but it’s also kind of weird to eat them so I’m not exactly judging I just don’t get it... And that’s my contribution as to how you can get these fish in the middle of the jar to make your death aquarium. Live fisher Are always going to be cooler and look prettier than a dead fish that doesn’t move in Stillwater ......it’s always going to be inferior because it’s fake and dead. I have a very old fish he’s been thru a lot with me I know it’s a fish but he’s been in my room for 8 years plus an I want to keep him for ever really for ever man
I just got a dead fish fresh from the lab and currently freezing should I get epoxy resin immediately and cast it in or do I use something for the fish to preserve it’s still in the freezer until im ready to preserve it
I would have buried them but that’s just me, and I’m not gonna force my feelings onto someone else. Besides Mother Nature isn’t going to be affected much by a few fish not being buried.
It’s easy if you want the fish in the middle of the aquarium stop playing with dead ones and try and keeps them alive as pets they swim on their own you don’t need to do anything but feed them and make sure their environment is good instead of trying to make a dead one look like a live one.
