All'inizio pensavo che sostituire lo specchio con le piastrelle avrebbe fatto una brutta figura. Ho pensato semplicemente di non aggiungere nulla. Ma come sempre mi hai sorpreso con un lavoro meraviglioso! Le piastrelle erano incredibili! Mi è piaciuto!
Ciao Karin, anche per me è stato un salto nel buio, era la prima volta che utilizzavo le piastrelle. C'è voluto molto tempo e ingegno. Mi ritengo abbastanza soddisfatto del risultato😅 grazie del supporto

The transformation is just amazing.
If you ever do another piece like this (because you can make your own frame) I'd like to see a border engraved vs a beautiful picture in the middle.
The only reason why I say that is that if it was my dresser and the picture was in the middle, I would never put anything else on top of it because it would cover the picture.
Anyway, I LOVE your work and as always I thank you for sharing the video with us.

I’m so happy that you kept the gorgeous hardware, and found replacements for the pieces that were missing! The tile work top is fascinating, and a great replacement for the broken mirror. The wood that was revealed, and the stains that you chose, are beautiful. Overall, this is a wonderful piece.
Have you considered keeping the shattered mirror for a mosaic? It might be interesting to see what you could do with the pieces. Kudos for making sure that the demolition of the mirror was as safe as possible.

gap between the tiles is filled with any protection? otherwise is a must for dust and moisture.
It will fill with dust😅 I would have liked to fill them (but I thought about it too late) once they were engraved I couldn't, otherwise I would have ruined the design.

Geri dönüşüm diye bir şey var, Aynayı dikkatsizliğin ve amatörce bir davranışın yüzünden kırıldı,o kadar büyük bir mobilya parçasını sökmek için oynak bir zeminde yapman büyük hataydı,Elbette iyi bir sanatkarsin ama bu senin sert çalışman için bir övgü olmamalı.
Mobilya bana tam olarak aynası kırık olduğu için verildi. ben kırmadım😅

Very nice result! One thing I would be tempted to would be to seal the tiles with something to protect them and fill in the tiny gaps between the tiles so stuff doesn’t get trapped in those areas!

Grazie, magari la sabbiatrice😅 ho dovuto essere delicatissimo perche è impiallacciato da per tutto tranne le gambe in massello, quindi ha uno strato sottile di legno pregiato e sotto è mondezza. La sabbiatrice lo bucherebbe all'istante ci sono quelle professionali con sabbia calibrata ma parliamo di 8 /9 mila euro di attrezzatura.

ciao luca. sono alle prime armi, restaurando un vecchio baule in abete. ho dovuto stuccare molto e ora se passo una stain si vedono le macchie di stucco sotto.. come posso fare? grazie molte se puoi darmi un consiglio
Ciao, avresti dovuto passare della gommalacca prima di stuccare oppure una finitura trasparente. In modo da non far assorbire il colorante dello stucco al legno. Adesso:se puoi carteggiare carteggia a legno e via. Altrimenti se non puoi carteggiare devi uniformare il tutto con del colorante all'acqua o quello che hai. Oppure passa lo stucco su tutto il pezzo.
