Garrett Loesch goes to great lengths to define lying as hiding the truth from "someone who is entitled to know the truth." What a *beautiful* excuse. They can just decide who is/isn't entitled to know the truth, and that justifies any lie they want to tell.

This WT doctrine has been around for decades. Lying for Jehovah, the so-called god of "truth", is called "Theocratic war strategy".

The very arrogance of the disfellowshipping doctrine is staggering. Three elders decide that someone needs to be put out of the organization, and that's supposed to force Jehovah to take salvation away from that person? After all, they do teach that membership is a salvific requirement, right?

Regarding *Bulgaria* and whether or not *a Jehovah's Witness's conscience* would allowing them to receive *a blood transfusion* or not.
I've often wondered *if this was about the time within Watchtower history* that the ORG chose to make *receiving one, an act of the JW dissasociating oneself* as being an automatic response to *receiveing one,* rather then *the act of receiveing one as being a disfellowshipping offence?*
Would anyone know when this change of *one receiving a blood transfusion* as being *a disfellowshipping offence,* to *the act of receiving one would then be an automatic dissasociating of oneself* may have happened within the ORG, *and why?*

Many of the things you say make sense about the official teachings of the Jehovah’s witnesses. However, when you say that the JW's say the holy spirit is not a person and as I understand it, you seem to fault them on that. You are wrong. I am not a JW myself. There is nowhere in the Bible that speaks of the holy spirit as a person. The holy spirit is a spirit. That's what it is, a spirit.

    • @jessejames4967

It's true. Nowhere in the Bible is the holy spirit referred to as anything other than God's power or helper.

It's the invisible person of the trinity concept it would have to wear a hat and sun glasses and a raincoat so you could see it.😉

when a trinitarian uses the term "person" that don't mean a physical human in the way we typically use the term person. Trinitarians would agree that the Holy Spirit is a spirit.

Christ has set us free from religious superstition.
"Let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths."
      Col.2:16
