Hey Kiona 👋🏽, as always your food looks amazing and crazy delicious 😋. However just some friendly advice when you put your dough in the oil bowl don't use a paper towel to wipe the oil around your bowl. Instead use your dough to coat the bowl and your dough top and bottom. That way your dough won't stick to the plastic wrap baby girl 😉❤❤.

Next time grease the top of the dough and the covering, it won't stick...Also, after the beignets are cut, separate them and let them proof for 15 minutes, and make the temperature about 365°F...Nice job though...
why everybody wrote their recipe as like "cup" "1/2cups"???? all kinds of cups are different. i cant even fine even one video who describe what grams it is, what ml it is. smh. people are so lazy.
None of this works all this comes out to be is a sweet biscuit. It doesn’t get airy. It’s not lighting inside when I bite into it is just a thick biscuit. That’s sweet.

This is my go to recipe for beignets now. They’re sooo good. And they come out well even with fast acting yeast.
