Thank you Ash, I really appreciate the long 30 min post run stretches. This is just what’s needed. Most on RUclips are very short 10 min videos and don’t do much. I did two 30 minute deep stretch videos last night and feeling much better today. My calves were so stiff this week, Iike I’d ran a marathon because I’ve not been out running for a few month.

My hips and I both thank you, Ash! This was just the stretch I needed after completing my first 10mile run! I thought the end of my run was the big celebration but this stretch was and how it helped my body recover after such a feat!

Yes I would suggest stretching at night time as strength is likely to increase your alertness and potentially keep you awake and disrupt sleep if it’s too late in evening Catherine.

This was a lovely recovery routine! I did the frog pose for the first time at my yoga school yesterday, and damn it's a though one. Fun to do it again today during this stretch. And It is interesting to experience that even though I've only done it for the second time, my body is already able to lean into this pose more than the day before.

Your videos are amazing. Thanks for the variations, I tend to be too flexible to get a good stretch from a lot of cool down exercises. Would love to see a video focusing on a deeper stretch of the shins and calves (not sure if this already exists, a couple of your videos have a few good ones like the deep squat and sitting back on your heels. Are there others you recommend?). Had a 7 mile long run and I'm glad I tried another one of your videos after. 😊😊

This was great after a strong 11 mile long run. Hydration and nutrition made for a great run and this practice felt great afterwards.
