- I have to say this! This is the BEST recipe on my channel so far🚨🥰 Cinnamon rolls are my absolute essential winter staple and I am sharing an eggless version today using my @MorphyRichardsIndiaSmartIdeas oven so that none of you miss out on these!
Ingredients:
2 cups milk (240g)
½ cup melted butter (113g)
¼ cup sugar (55g)
1 + 1/2 tsp yeast (7g)
4+ 1/2 cups flour (540g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
For the filling
1/3 cup softened butter (76g)
1 cup brown sugar (200g)

Tried this with my 11 yr old son. He was super excited and definitely the results were amazing. We used instant dry yeast so the outer bread was not as gooey but the insides . were delicious. Cant wait to try your other recipes with my little budding baker. 🎉

Tried this recipe but by using whole wheat flour and little more milk to get the “high hydration dough” as shown in the video. Cinnamon rolls were good for a first timer
Used the same dough recipe but with reduced sugar and little more of salt for make stuffed aloo buns. The bun as is was little dense but with the spicy stuffing and homemade ketchup, I consider it was a hit as there was no leftovers.
