[INGREDIENTS]
1/2 Cup Warm Milk
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Dry Yeast
2 Tbsp Melted Butter
1 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Jaggery (Gud)
1 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini Powder)
6 Tbsp Icing Sugar
Some Water
[BAKING INSTRUCTIONS]
Kadhai/Cooker(No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 30-35 min
OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min. Then bake for 25-30 min.
