We think THIS is the iPhone 16 model to buy ➡ geni.us/QLv0 THIS is the BEST 45W Fast Charger for only $18 (Anker) ➡ geni.us/TjjzD iPhone 16 ➡ geni.us/RmjEV iPhone 16 Plus ➡ geni.us/dXEeT iPhone 16 Pro ➡ geni.us/nR68 iPhone 16 Pro Max ➡ geni.us/Ef1E
maybe the reason why the Ultrawide was blown out on the steering wheel photo on the 16Pro was because you were shooting in either 48mp Heif Max or 48mp Proraw? switching it off should give back dynamic range
6:40 the steering wheel dynamic range difference is 100% related to SmartHDR doing something weird. In the left image, there’s no way that the blue sky has roughly the same brightness as the (black) interior of your vehicle, the normal 16 looks like a real estate photo where they double stack exposures to show the sky through the windows. I have no idea why the 16 Pro SmartHDR algorithm produced something so different, but I bet money that if you used a 3rd party camera app to take a Bayer RAW single exposure (Halide, ProShot, Camera M etc), for the same exposure settings, the pics would be much less different.
5:42 its not really “super strange” that the 16Pro macro defaults to 12MP. on regular 16 and previous Pro models, the ultrawide sensor was 12MP, so unless you were shooting macro fully zoomed out at 0.5x, then macro at 1x was a crop and upscale to 12MP (still what the normal 16 is doing). Now, with 48MP ultrawide sensor, shooting macro at 1x is still a crop, but it is cropping into the center 12MP of a 48MP sensor, similar to how the main camera gives “optical quality 2x zoom” with the same center crop maneuver.
Max, something about this video is very different from your usual videos. The mic sounds very different, and not for the better. This also sounds much more like reading a script as well. Even your hair coloring is very different. What's up?
7:32 … 16 n 16 pro don’t have the same primary lens. 16 pro has a much bigger sensor at 1/1.28 inches vs 1/1.56 inches on the non pro hence the difference in quality.
I think what is happening is that with the iPhone 16 Pro/Pro Max, they may be using all three camera sensors as part of the computing process to get the best image. But still, the iPhone 16/16 Plus models are no slouch compared to iPhone 14 and older models with two rear sensors.
I wish you would leave the comparative pictures up for longer. We need to see more of that not necessarily more of your face. Although it’s a fine face.

Great video, but how many clones can this channel find? 😂
Wouldn’t be surprised if once they upload: “How Our Clones Are Made - EXCLUSIVE Max Tech clone factory tour” 😂
wait Max he's changed so much
Its AI 😂
Who tf is this guy again 😂
Apparently he’s Ben. Another clon successfully cloned for Max Tech channel 😂
The Illuminati is gonna have a hell of a time trying to pass this one off as a Mandela Effect.
The fact that you have to zoom in to see the difference just makes the 16 pro not worth the extra $200

Max looks so different in various videos that you'd think he's three different people.

I think you should notice that the two models of photosensitive elements are completely different, even if they are ultra-wide-angle or main lenses.
The bike is a triumph rocket III, 2500cc. Largest production engine on any production bike. 165hp 160lbs, around $24k new

Great video, always love y’all’s camera comparisons.
2023 Max and 2024 Max, shockingly differences!
You are comparing two different lenses. I’m not sure what you are expecting
Why does nobody freakin test the front camera... jeeze
What can I say. Pictures are still miles behind a 20 yo DLSR
Wait.. He looks very different here. 🤔
Who are you man
Bro talk with energy, your slow talk plus the background song makes me wanna sleep
give bro his own script
Wow. You just show that real lens is better
is this another Mandela effect? or is the matrix playing with me?
I’m confused who is this guy? He talks slower and looks different
Y'all sound alike!

Agree 💯%. I usually pause photo comparisons for that very reason. 📸
