The sound is amazing! It is great that you have the tech and music skills to be able to single out Paul's voice and then put your own music in, and then apply Paul's voice to your own recordings. The visual of your video is awesome and original.
Thanks for your comments and understanding what this tribute is all about. It's not the intention to create something better than the original recordings as that's impossible, for me or anybody. The idea is to make a tribute in a way it's not that frequent. More songs to come! Thanks dude!
This one didn't need a rerecord as the original sounded amazing. Music From The Elder is what needed rerecording, and you did a killer job with The Oath - although you should learn Ace's actual solo from the live footage as the album version isn't him. You're great at what you are doing.
i was 14 when they released this album with its new cover, and it was slightly enhanced or remastered. the remastered new version is based on the 82 origenal
Youre brilliant, what a wonderful idea to present a tribute like this 👍 I've heard an enjoyed Im a Legend Tonight and Parasite too - your spot on! (And Legend was even better, cause I've always hated the uninspired drums on that song🤫) Thanx for sharing 🙏 Love from Sweden 💖
The drummers style suits this track beautifully. Was not feeling the drums or guitar playing style in Parasite....way too metal and lacked that Kiss groove/ feel. This rework of Creatures sounds killer. Damn Stanley was awesome on the vocals back in the day.
Hi my friend! Then you got 100% the idea I was trying to accomplish. For Parasite I did a personal version based on the Revenge era and a couple of modern touches. For Creatures I tried to stick to the original version, of course it will never sound like the original, this is just a cover I do for fun!
Nice take. Certainly worth the full listen. I can hear the labor of love. However, I prefer the the original. Too much reverb and delay on this new version, and the drums lack punch. The leads sound too far away as well.
@risingstar67 Wow, that's a respectable opinion, but if there is something that the original version and actually all the metal music from the 80s is too much reverb and delays, but it's an opinion. And yes... of course... I prefer the original version as well, why would I think mine is better when instead of recording in very expensive studios with Profesional producers I just payed USD15 to replace the guitar strings? Nobody can replicate the sound of Creatures, not even Kiss itself. Thank for listening!
When KISS played this live, they didn't just didn't play the same exact riff twice. When it came to the 2nd same riff, Air TommyThayer was milking some high-pitched notes in the exact place on his guitar and it sounded incredible. I would've bet my life this "new version" would've added that awesome lead feature BUT it didn't! 😒 ruclips.net/video/IQ9N9-kf8nI/видео.htmlsi=xFhAwhD2sQuPvBnm
@shanecarravello2922 My friend, a shuffle is played on a triplet grove, which this is not, I'm not sure if you really mean shuffle as we drummers understand what it really is. The bass drum pattern is really close to the original version, have in mind that the original has some hi hat overlap on top of the drum grove, something Eric would normally do in many songs, and ir can be tricky to distinguish. Either way, this is not a shuffle grove at all but thanks for your comments anyway!
Not sure about this one ! It's a bit flat and is missing some modern crunch, also the heaviness of the original drum sound and sense of urgency of the song is missing . It Sounds too polished.
It all sounds awesome
The vocals sound awesome. Everything sounds awesome
Much respect. But the drum sound on the Creatures album was a once in a lifetime sound. Only In The Air Tonight is more iconic.
It sounded like it was recorded in an actual cave!
true
@@1gdep Yes and yet Eric's drums were thunder. This recording is less thunderous.
Perfectly said!!
Good job

@@HernanRiosRight, and you nailed it!! Great job!!
AWESOME!!
Another classic with a kick ass sound! Waiting for King Of The Mountain!?
KOTM...YES
I appreciate these! Great job!
Thanks a lot! It takes a lot of effort so I'm glad you like it!
Tricky one to improve, it was done fairly well. Eric Carr & Vinnie Vincent really gave Kiss a whole new energy.
Vinnie Vincent wasn’t on this song.
Exactly, Steve Farris is the one playing the original solo.
This is fucking KILLER!!!! Nice job brother. 10/10...awesome!!
Wow, thanks mate! New covers are coming, check the other in mu channel. 👍🏻
Wow, nice work!!
Temazo de.kiss...muy bueno!

Very cool! Just like the record. R.I.P Eric Carr.

Groso!!!🤟🤟🤟
GENIO Y KISS ERO COMO YO EN MZA ME SAQUE UNA FOTO CON VOS YO ESTABA CON REMERA DESTROYER
Oh yea 😊😊😊
Would love to hear a rerecording of this song that comes from an alternate reality where KISS hired Stevie Ray Vaughn to replace Ace Frehley.
Sounds great. However it’s missing Eric’s Thump in the drums.
I saw them play this song on the Farewell tour 2000 with A e and Peter. Awesome
LOL. They never played this with Ace and Peter. They did I Love It Loud in 2000.
Cool to use the Alive III tuning
You do it all by yourself? Then you did a very desent job.my compliments!
Yes my friend, check my other videos in the channel!
puedes hacer "nowhere to run" y "the oath" ? porfaa, está muy buenoo
The Oath ya lo tengo terminado!
@@HernanRios nowhere to run igual es buenoo, lo esperaré 😸

@princescottygustafski5331 I'm sorry but I don't understand what you are talking about.
All i can say is, Fvck the KISS haters
good but the vocals are too far back in the mix
Do not touch Eric Carr drums
This version is based on his drumming more than Eric Singer's
More Guitar player drum lines I see. When you remove Erics foot pattern they song has no drive.
@@shanecarravello2922 Sorry, what?
@HernanRios Oh, I'm saying it's no longer a shuffle.Even singer didn't change that

@HernanRios no soul no feel. No heart. If you combine Carr and Singers approach then you would have all that like Trey B did. Watch that.
The vocals need to be louder so you can hear them better.
Sure, I'll ask Paul if he can record them and send them over.
