Did you get DJI fly working on your phone and what model phone are you using. The date mine stopped working was 8/15/2024. Support did not go well

If it dont budge the first time, maybe its not suppose to budge at all. You opened the front up easily, but thought if the back was gonna require that much strength to open, you should have stopped then and there
