In Russia we give only one spoon of a new product, and give this new product it every day, during a week. It is easy to see the reaction. If it’s ok, we can add another new product in a week. And we prepare fresh food every day, without frozening ☺️

I can’t wait for her breastfeeding video as well. I am in a similar situation. Gor married, pregnant around the same time and now my girl is 3 months, so these videos help so much to prepare for what’s next for us.
The goal is to offer babys food you also eat so they get introduced during the first year. you start with maybe one spoon. milk stays the main source during the first year, if babys eat too much in the early begining they can get constpated easily.

I can already see how smart and calm nalia is 🥰 just like her mama! It's so fun to feed a baby at the beginning as they will accept most types of food until they get preferences and start rejecting some food which is heart breaking how much effort and creativity i put into a food that gets rejected😅
I wish this video was there when I started weaning my baby 1 year ago. I did not get a chance to read and prepare enough (the overwhelming amount of info did not help either) and did so many things wrong. I know I should not compare but you’re so perfect at everything it’s hard not to. Most perfect human being and perfect Mom!😍
Your such an amazing , loving ,caring and wonderful mother ! You are doing everything right ! My only advice feeding kids since I have 3 and nursed for 9 years is to let them to eat when they are hungry . You can’t teach humans to eat . They will eat naturally. If there is so much focus on eating when you eat or eating the way you eat even if your not hungry that isn’t natural! Annie you do what feels natural to you don’t do something you saw on RUclips ! Your perfect and amazing and you do exactly what feels right for you as a mother !

Dear Annie! Great video! I was told not to use the same fork/spoon, because otherwise the baby can get caries bacteria from your mouth. That’s a bit cumbersome but maybe better for Nalia 💕
Why do you think babies always hit an age when they are constantly putting things in their mouth? It’s how they build up their strong immune system from the environment. Bacteria is essential. This is also why mamas are so attracted to kissing their babies, it’s intentional bacteria 💜

In Finland we never eat with same spoon as they. 😨 They don't have any similar bacteria in their mouth as we do. And you can transfer your caries bacteria to them (which causes cavitation). So wouldn't recommend showing her eating like that. I always eat my own food with my child and not share what they have on their plate.
Don’t worry, Annie, I did this often with my baby and also with my first one, she is fine, 4 years and no cavities.
@@andradasimedru8994 Yes, but still doesn't many you can't transfer the bacteria. This isn't my personal opinion, it is an advice given from experts. In my country children oral health is very well known and taken care of. I am not here to be mean to Annie. Only to give advice from another mom and sharing different opinion. She doesn't know all as none of us do. Just thinking about her daughter's best intrest.❤️

Purées are not a part of baby led weaning, so this is technically not even BLW at all.
My son become picky eater even after 2 years of BLW. He turns 2, and i dunno how but he is picky eater now. Hope this phase will be over soon and stop being picky eater.
This all looks weird. Why should a baby eat alone? Why should a baby eat with a fork? Why shouldn't the mother feed the baby? Why should a little baby drink from a straw? The baby has no coordination and may hurt the eyes. For babies there are cups with a lid that has a hole.
