Thank you for the informative video! After watching your review, I decided to buy this ebike, and it's been a great experience so far. However, I've noticed significant fluctuations in the battery level indicator-sudden drops followed by substantial charge recovery over time. I'm unsure if this is normal or if there might be an issue with the battery. I'd really appreciate it if you could share your insights or experiences regarding this matter. Greetings from Denmark!
I've looked at all sorts of bikes and this really ticks a lot of boxes! I live in a small apartment building that doesnt have an elevator so being able to take it up a few flights of stairs and then being able to hide it away is amazing! I need to get out more and itll help me get a lot further than my bad ankle and walking will 😮
Get Fiido x-2 It has a keypad lock to stop people stealing the seatpost battery Much better quality Ado is trash We bought a new one and it had codes the brakes didn't work junk
How long is charge time for the battery? How much range are you experiencing? Have you found a better solution for the cable when putting the bike back together? Thanks in advance!
I have an ADO A20 Lite (same specs with the Air, except no hydraulic brakes and torque sensor), but the it takes lots of effort to remove the battery, not like what being shown in the video
Can it be equipped with a second battery? I noticed there is a new model PVY Libon, The dual-battery design of PVY Libon really attracts me, and with the addition of a shock-absorbing front fork and battery lock, it seems to be more cost-effective.
I’m very keen to get PVY Libon too, but two reviews on YT have left me in confusion again, both reviewers highlighting issues with the motor. Apparently Libon motor doesn’t like too much stress, especially on elevation. Have you bought Libon? If yes, how’re you finding the motor ?
This bike would be PERFECT if it had suspension and 3inch wide tires. Also the battery powered rear light is ridiculous.. manufacturers need to start powering the basics (rear/front) light from the battery and have on and off switches for both on the handle bars.
It weighs 40lb 18 kg not 16 kg Have you tried the Fido X-2 Has a keypad lock to stop people stealing the battery seat post Much better quality bike We have returned a ado because brakes didn't work and codes were showing
I've seen people say that the motor in the ado air 20 is so bad that it can't even climb a hill, and that's even though there's actually a problem with the seat breaking and falling off? That's too scary.☹@@a6m41
Has anyone used a child seat on one of these? I really like it, we're looking for something compact for our VW camper, but we have a 3 year old, we'd like to ride around with.
You can get and use a child seat on it. I'm mot sure if its this one or another one with the exact same design they have a rear child seat that is compatible with this exact same bike design
It works the first 2 weeks and then starts the problems! Costumers Service won’t be able to fix and they won’t give you a replacement or refund. Not recommended!!!!
Sigh, I wish every bike review would find a tall person, so we could see the limits of who the bike fits. Would love to see someone 6'-4", and someone 5'-4" throw a leg over.
In the UK et-al, it needs proper mudguards (fenders); which make it heavier; and a rack; even heavier; so what chance of going up steep hills, with any range (what range?)?
Try telling the truth about the bike😢 This is the worst electric bike I've ever ridden what a piece of junk try riding up a hill The furthest I've got is 32 km on flat ground😢 Go get a Fiido L3 😎
Thanks for the comprehensive breakdown.
I snagged one just now, thru your link.
Looking forward, 👊🏾🦁🦁🇳🇬🇺🇸

Nice video SKB!
Like you say urban riding plus carbon belt, easy to ride with no assist. Love it, nice review as well

Get Fiido x-2

Much better quality
Ado is trash
We bought a new one and it had codes the brakes didn't work junk
I got this bike in Dubai. It is an amazing product and comes with a good quality. The price here is almost 40% less than Europe.
I just ordered mine but with a front suspension for those pots LOL. they are available in UK
I can't find front suspension anywhere. Could you provide a link?
@@kiket2ride Or you can follow PVY Libon,
It comes with two integrated batteries and a suspension fork, and I'm considering between the two.
Belt drive is a huge feature. No dirty chain grease to get on your hands and pants.

I own the previous version (ADO 20+), my battery takes 6-7 hours for a full charge.
Excellent review, thanks !
Very nice review! Is Air 20 OK for me 105kg 187 cm? Will it help a bit on the 5degrees hills?
I have an ADO A20 Lite (same specs with the Air, except no hydraulic brakes and torque sensor), but the it takes lots of effort to remove the battery, not like what being shown in the video
how do you get the horn that is on the throttle to work ?
Great review.
I think the Fiido D4S Folding Electric Bike appears to be a better all round deal & it's 50% cheaper
Torque sensor Vs speed sensor. Night and day difference. I sold my d4s to get a model with torque sensing
I can’t find a video where it shows how this bike stands when it’s folded. Can it stand or not?
Lekker boeie

any lock on this battery ? looks very easy to steal

can you mount a child seat on this?
So this isn’t faster than the Fiido D4s?
It weighs 40lb
18 kg not 16 kg
Have you tried the Fido X-2
Has a keypad lock to stop people stealing the battery seat post
Much better quality bike
We have returned a ado because brakes didn't work and codes were showing
Im deciding between this and fiido x its a hard choice i did find that people said the fiido x was coming apart or something from the foldable feature

Hmm... seems like the single speed is geared too low if the top speed is only 20 mph. Maybe if ADO used a larger tooth chainring?
20 mph is quite fast for a city bike
i ordered this bike but, the company did not pay for the shipping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope this is not a scam company.
??????????
good bike but wat too expensive $1600 nowadays can get you a lot of Ebike.
Nice Review!
It works the first 2 weeks and then starts the problems! Costumers Service won’t be able to fix and they won’t give you a replacement or refund. Not recommended!!!!
Lovely but i prefer 7 gears !
As you say on all these videos.
Good video, but honestly ado air 20 is too low for the money, but where a small hill comes it's useless .... It's crap .....
Nice
Ill gave a 10 and definitely buy it if its 500 or 400
It’s junk completely useless on hills
The battery lock can be undone with a torx bit
The range is about 25 miles
Damn. You make the bike look like it's for kids with you being over 6'. 😅
Sigh, I wish every bike review would find a tall person, so we could see the limits of who the bike fits. Would love to see someone 6'-4", and someone 5'-4" throw a leg over.
⚡🤙🏼⚡
Fun Fact: Did you know Earth is hit with more energy from the sun each hour than the planet uses in a year?
Ado air 20 and fiido d21 are exactly the same, same specs, same design.
Not really. The Fildo has gears and a chain instead of a belt and the frame is considerably different.
If a hill (unless a ridiculous incline) is too much; this bike is of no use (actually, almost pointless).
In the UK et-al, it needs proper mudguards (fenders); which make it heavier; and a rack; even heavier; so what chance of going up steep hills, with any range (what range?)?
Try telling the truth about the bike😢

Loving my ado air 20
You're right.bro,Fiido>ado🥶
