✨ READ THIS: How to induce a lucid dream in 9 seconds PART 2! If you’ve seen the first video, this is going to answer most of the questions and comments from that video, and explain a little bit more about it.
We had lots of questions about my first video saying ‘The video took 6 minutes but the title say 9 seconds’.
Let me explain: The technique, WHEN YOU PERFORM IT will take 9 seconds to induce a lucid dream. The technique WHEN I EXPLAIN IT to you in that video, takes 6 minutes to explain. Surely it’s obvious that I couldn’t fully explain a technique to you in 9 seconds.
Another big question was ‘can I move to turn my alarm off’. Yes you can. Make sure you alarm isn’t a panic sounding alarm and instead is a soft sounding or relaxing tone. This will let you wake up slowly, turn it off and then go back to sleep doing the FILD method.
How the FILD method works in very simple terms:
1: Set your alarm to go off 6 hours from when you go to sleep (If you are a gamer and don’t normally sleep until 4am this WON’T WORK for you, you’ll need to have a healthy sleep pattern where you normally go to sleep before midnight).
2: When your alarm goes off, slowly move, turn it off (ideally keeping your eyes closed but you can open them if you have to)
3: You’re going to go back to sleep now. Don’t move, don’t open your eyes, just relax.
4: AS YOU FALL ASLEEP, imagine you’re gong to move your first two fingers on one hand very slightly back and forwards. As if you’re alternating between pressing two keys on a keyboard that are next to eachother.
5: The reason you’re doing the finger movement is to DISTRACT yourself from your body falling asleep and you entering SLEEP PARALYSIS. Once you’ve gone past sleep paralysis and you’re just entering a dream, you’ll already be lucid.
Please experiment with it yourself, let me know how you get on. I’ll try and answer comments as well as fast as I can, but please try and help each other out in the comments section. I know I didn’t explain it as much as I should have done in the first video, however LOTS of people commented saying that it worked, and it worked FAST.
If yo actually learn the FILD technique, you'll be able to instantly lucid dream in 9 seconds or less. Do it wrong, and you'll end up in sleep paralysis. Good luck.

I had a lucid dream once and I wasn't even trying to have one. In my dream I remember flying through the air and realizing that I could just do ANYTHING and that the world was at my feet. Once I realized that, all I could think about was: 'Oh wow, this is so freaking amazing, I can't wake up from this!' Then I felt myself waking up slowly. And about 20-30 seconds later, the dream was over :( Since that day I just want to relive that experience at least once more.

So, I did try the first night after watching the first video, and it actually worked.
I woke up many times, before my alarm because I was quite excited to try it, but, the third time I woke up, it was almost morning, I started doing the finger movement and I woke up in a dream, and fully contious, climbed to the roof, did a reality check, my hand was super weird, and woke up, tried again, same dream, but now jumped over the fence, just jumped no climbing, and walked around a bit, then I woke up in a sleep paralysis... Well it worked wonders, I'll keep improving it.

I have a check list for this...things I should or could do to enhance my dream recall ect . then I am then honest with myself about which ones I will do every day !and which ones I will consider adopting for ever.. or a week/month ..and just keep track of those results .. if something works that you may have been reluctant to do in the past then it may spur you on to continue .. equally if something you wasn't fond of doing doesn't seem to be working over something easier then don't use it ..or re visit it another time .. and keep updating that checklist with any thing new I hear of..fyi.. I have a different list for techniques to induce lucid dreams.. and I usually do one a time for a set amount of time.. so they become almost second nature when you choose to use them..

I did it and it worked! I have lucid dreamed on my own and it was cool, but it would just happen. Anyway it didn't work the first night but the second night I woke up to use the bathroom and lay back down to sleep and did the finger thing and I felt myself going to sleep, it felt in my body the way it feels in an elevator that is stopping, like I weighed a lot more and was sinking into the bed, then the dreaming started and I was checking the dream world out like I was studying it.
Like I said I had lucid dreams on my own, maybe 20 of them in 60 years, so it is cool to know a way to make them happen. I imagine that doing this for a while and one would get better at it.
Good luck to you, lucid dreaming is really interesting so trying to do it is worth it.

Reality checks are kinda tricky. They work differently for each person, so here's what I'd suggest.
Try and vary the checks you do, but spend at least two weeks on each one, to give it a chance to work. Also be REALLY mindful when you do them and spend about two minutes each time. Importantly, do them when you FIRST wake up, and every time you see or experience anything strange. They should show up!

I don't either, but I'm pretty sure meditation isn't humming and chanting and "channeling your spirit" or whatever shit. I'm pretty sure meditation is just relaxing and concentrating

    1. make the video
    2. put a random number of seconds in the title

For real? tbh thats the only thing that makes me think twice to do lucid dreaming, so how did you do it then?

    • @thegreateggort1641
      @thegreateggort1641 6 лет назад

it's not about whether you have to enter sp or not, it just happens naturally I think. Like he said, you're concentrating on the "movement" of your fingers and I THINK the sp happens just as you enter into a dream (if you've done it successfully, or else nothing happens I guess).

I know it sounds unbelievable but it does work. IF you don't have any luck with it, try a different method like the MILD or DILD.
