Wait I’ve basically kinda done this technique on accident many years ago. I was dreaming, randomly woke up for a second. Then, I went back to sleep continuing my dream. If I knew how to lucid dream then, that would have been epic

Dude I just tried this and it was kinda nuts, it was by far the fastest way I entered an LD. I told myself before going to bed that I'm going to wake up when I'm dreaming and then enter a lucid dream, and I actually did wake up and remembered what I had to do. I opened my eyes for a split second but didn't really move and then I pretty much instantly entered into a WILD.

I’ve been trying SSILD but keep failing because i then can’t fall asleep for 30 minutes. This sounds like the perfect technique for me. I’ll update how it goes tomorrow.

@@TIGERTIGER123TIGER Okay, so, it kinda worked. I wanted to wake up by drinking a ton of water but instead ended up getting woken up by being swarmed with bees, so I immediately jerked myself up. After a minute and pissing, I went back to my bed and wandered off with the thought of failure still on my mind. My wandering thoughts somehow got hold of it and I regained awareness as I went to sleep. I basically skipped over keeping consciousness while falling asleep because I somehow regained it at the last second. I ended up waking, though, because when I did it I was not used to my body like vibrating and stuff. I instantly fell into a regular dream, though, as I didn’t think of trying again.
Then I tried it again IN A DREAM and it worked. It was a W dream
Sorry if it’s too much to read but imma keep doing this technique, it worked well for me.

If i dont stay awake after awakening i usually fall back to sleep, so i stay awake for 30 min to become aware then i go to sleep, but i let my fizical body fall asleep and stay aware, sometimes hearing a noise in the head just before sleep. Then i make some fantom movements like try to move my body without actually move, and i ken fell when the astral body moves in i try to keep my awareness with the astrall body once out from the body im lucid and take it from there. Sometimes i have trouble seeing, then i use staring technique, where i look at my hands or try to touch something to connect better.

for sure bro. I haven't done this personally, but you could set intent to wake at a certain time, and danm if anything that will just make it easier to be aware when your dream is ending.

I had one lucid dream last August where I fully realised I was in a dream and did the reality check. It was amazing but after that I haven't been able to do that again. I feel like I always wake up right after I realise I'm in a dream or just kinda leave it at that level of lucidity. For example I might think to myself "Ah that's cool, I hope I remember this when I wake up" but I just don't "take over" the dream like I once was able to. So frustrating!

Yeah so it sounds simple and easy right…well falling back to sleep immediately is a fucking super power, one i dont have, hell, falling asleep within a reasonable amount of time is even hard for me, sometimes it can take me upwards of THREE FUCKING HOURS to fall back asleep, but usually takes around 30-45 minutes, which is just ridiculous
