you were not addicted you were just lazy and not putting enough effort into what u had as an objectif, what do you think about me i stopped league i got Master degree in Civil Engineer i finished in first 10% of the promo i have C2 Level in french C1 level in English, and the results : 5 years of unemployment 0 money in pocket. now I'm playing league of legends again i started to follow your corses i finished first playlist of python basics but it was a nightmare , try now to convince me that the sacrifices for study are going to pay at the end ?...

I was definitely addicted. I barely play games these days and i have so much time to do other things in life. For example, starting this RUclips channel, spending time with friends and family, picking up a hobby like volleyball, etc.
What do you mean taking my course is a nightmare? What made it a nightmare?
In your case, you have done a lot! My recommendation is that you put a hold on league of legends, or at least play less and focus more of your efforts on job application, up leveling yourself, etc. Once you're employed and have income, you can do whatever you want with your time.
Of course, this is your life, and I'm just a stranger on the internet. You don't have to take my advice, but this is what I would do if I was in your shoes.

Hey, I'm a highschool student on my senior year basically in the exact same position you're were in at the time. I want to study at MIT or maybe even waterloo, the thing is, I don't think I'm going to be able to get the grades and I don't think my issue is an addiction exactly, I don't rush home to play league but I do just love playing league and basically any other game that can prevent me from studying. I can't concentrate on studying if my life depended on it, I'm looking at all the stuff you said at the end, how you focused on the gym, got a great job etc... Do you think I could find a balance between videogames and also studying for my upcoming ( 3 weeks from now) final exams? Thank you for the great video.

Yeah definitely. It sounds like you're not as addicted as I am. So you can definitely limit to playing on the weekends or just 1 game a day. However, for me, 1 game leads to more, so my only option was to uninstall and restrict myself :(

@@CodewithVincent Ive just uninstalled league after watching this video, I think I will continue playing other games with my friends but only for around 1-2h a day on weekdays, thanks for the motivation!
