So I thought the liberated villagers built the belltower once I placed it down? I just rebelled Haerndean and placed the tower, but I've had to bring all the resources. They assemble once materials are placed, but they're not providing materials themselves. Not a huge problem with Haerndean because my settlement is close by. But for these other towns, that's going to be a nightmare. How are you guys dealing with the belltower materials in more distant towns?
A slow walk or I become a mule myself and bring them. I just assume that when I liberate a town it's a week of unproductive time while they walk the resources there and build.
I don't think you actually liberated Padstow. On the right side (next to the minimap) it says rebelling and not liberated. Another army is coming to your way lol. It's a big red splat on the minimap. Am i missing something?
I think you are correct @peter86830. It’s not liberated until you have built and protected the bell tower. Personally, 0:00 I have only liberated and held Haerdean. Not quite ready to liberate Padstow yet. But it does appear that this liberation would be in the same order.
@@firmbutfairgaming8636But that's why i came here lol. I have 12 melee (in gambesons + shields) and 5 archers (with decent armor) but they are getting wrecked immediately because their melee fighters have two handed swords, axes and very good armor. Their archer have bronze arrows aswell! It's so frustrating...anyways that was dissapointing.
I have a cunning plan. I'm going for Bradford as my 2nd liberated town. I've heard that you can trade for raw hide with them which should allow me to research some T3 gear.
They will grab what every there best skill set is. Raise ag and bow.

I did take out the Brigand patrol that was sent to reclaim Padstow, however the fight was not very exciting so didn't make it into the video.

@@Peter86820 I have the same problem - they are just to strong for my army :/
You should liberate Farnworth as quickly as possible, as you need the labourer for anything pass tier 2
That is next on my list!

@@BobWobbles yeah, but you need the labourer anyway for constant raw hide (plus you can trade for meat, hardwood, hide, resin and adobe)
