Hi. Thank you for sharing. Sorry that you experienced the abuse you did and are dealing with with the aftermath. Healing takes time and effort. Just take it one day at a time. I found that after two years it was better for me. But there are still days and weeks that life just sucks. But eventually you push through and the bad times get less frequently and don’t last as long.
