    Love this class Aprille and Mimo and PJ (in her one and only!). I did this in the afternoon as was feeling depleted. Truly, my energy level went up tremendously. And I felt it in my hips the next day - in a good way. As always, so much appreciation and gratitude for all you do for so many.
