    I love how many different editions reebok pushes out for the shoes. At least for the 11. Like these, I can see these being great for a certain niche of people . Same with the 11 grit. I do think there are people that will love this shoe, and will stick with them. They remind me of some of the asics where they seem like they made foe one group of people

    • @thatfitfriend
      @thatfitfriend  2 года назад +2

      Agreed! The specificity is what’s great with these since they differentiate enough from the norm to make them worthwhile for particular folks.

    I was refreshing rebook website daily for Nano x2 adventure news. I have x2, and was worried for them since I want to use them on nearby outdoor calisthenics park, all year round. I thought that x2 adventure would be an answer to that but I'm not convinced by the colors, and stuff you said about the lacing swayed me into keeping normal x2's.
    Thanks for the reviews, now I'm certain I got the best shoe for me for the next few years!
    Pet your beautiful doggo from us, and enjoy your break!

      The norm X2 should work for that context, IMO. Plus, the Adventure will be out for a while so you could always wait on them for a sale or until the X2 gives out!
      Thank you 🐶

    Just found out I’m able to use a discount on these on Reebok Canada and can get them for $60 Canadian. Already had the black and gun X2, went TTS but was slightly big, so very much debating these, while is still enjoy the X2, both are a huge improvement off the X1.

    • @thatfitfriend

      Not really.
      Is it hindering performance? Also, do you jam your feet into the shoes or unlace them? The former can cause that neoprene-esque material to break down a bit quicker regarding its structure.

      The X1 Adventure is solid, IMO. They’re on sale, too, which is another plus to them. X2 Adventure are okay, but I’d take the X1 over them (I brought those on my trip, lol)!

    • @thatfitfriend

      Lacing system. Nano X2 Adventure can be a little too stiff at the top of the midfoot for my needs!

  • @ChanchoHD
    @ChanchoHD Год назад +1

    Sorry if this is kinda petty but isn't the name just Nano X 2... For that X2 to be a 12 it would need to look like this = Xll 😅

      Bruh, this is the name Reebok came up with 😂 I called them 12s until I talked to Tal (designer) at Reebok and he said internally they say X2.

    Hey Jake thanks for another great review! In this particular all rounder style what would you prefer…the X1, X2 or the Strike Movement Vimana. Cheers Russ

    • @thatfitfriend
      @thatfitfriend  2 года назад

      That’s a tough one, I love my Vimana and X1…however, my Vimana is starting to break a bit at the toe from bombing some rockier hills, but they’ve lasted a while.
      Imo, if you want to save, go X1, if you want a slightly higher performing shoe and don’t mind the price, go Vimana!

    • @crustybeast1

      Thanks for the quick reply Jake…really appreciate it, and while on vacation! I’ve watched your review on the Vimana’s a number of times and they tick all the boxes for me so decided to pull the trigger on them. I don’t do hardcore trails and the X1’s are not available in my size in Australia while the WOD life have the Vimana’s for $189 Aus=$135 US. I can’t go wrong can I😁😁 Love the channel, keep the reviews coming. Cheers Russ

    Hi Jake! Just wondering if these shoes are ok at keeping a bit of water out? I am a PE teacher and going out on the dewy grass in the morning makes my socks and toes wet when just wearing my Nano X2s, so just wondering if this would be slightly more water resistant? I get it won’t be waterproof but keen to see as my X2s are my favourite daily shoes! Thanks!
