Had Nano X’s for almost 3 years . They’ve held up great but i think its time for a new pair. Sounds like they tried to make it more like the X’s which is something i do like. I would never recommend them for running long distanced but i do use them on the treadmill/stairmaster.
I disagree with the running aspect. I run with these daily 4-5 miles and they’re great! Maybe they’re not the best running shoes but they’re comfortable!

Hi currently in my country these are significantly more expensive than the adventure x3 would (on a discount)i say im missing alot in terms of weight lifting? Like squats and deadlifts
do these fit true to size? i have reebok work sneakers size 11, and nike running shoes size 11, can i assume that the X3 size 11 would fit me the same? i have to order these from overseas so i am a bit hesitant..
Hey there! I have a quick question. I've had the Nano X's for a bout a year and a half and I remember there being insole wedges to help with squats. I discarded them at first but am now wanting them back lol and I have been looking at new shoes as well to just replace my current ones. Do the Nano X3's come with those heal wedges?
Any suggestions for someone who likes the nano's to use for agility, accessory lifts and plyo's only and doesn't want the 7mm heel drop? I use oly shoes for my actual lifts.
Hi joel, should i go with my normal size10 with the nano x3? All My nanos are size 10. The nano 6 (perfect fit for me), nano x2 (too big), nano 2/restock (a bit small, shud have size up just like u said).
They are not as wide as X2, but still wide - I'd say try a size half size down if thats an issue you have. I can wear both, consider the half size down a "competition" fit but i wear my TTS daily.

Yes - I am a UK Size 11, so I brought 11's in the X3 and they fit perfectly for me!
Im size 10 in nike basketball shoes is it the same in nano x3 ?

Sounds like you’re thinking about the Metcon 5/6’s. Those shoes came with the heel wedges. Versalifts sell them too if they are still around.

How is the arch support in these? I found the x2 plastic arch thing VERY intrusive.
It's not as bad - you'll feel it initially but it breaks in.

I think you should do your nano 9 size. If Yoo had sized that shoe down, then go half up.

I have nano 4,6,9 in size 41 and all fine. But bought nano x3 in size 41 and they are to small, bought 42 and they are to big… there is no 41.5

After a little bit of break in - the medial sides will press up on your arches until it breaks in.
Are these just as wide as X2? I have issues with my feet shifting around in X2s..
