Fishing the Hampshire Avon and Medway was Utter Madness and Joy

- A trip to Wiltshire and Kent on the Rivers Avon and Upper Medway in the space of two days produced some amazing fishing memories, good and crazy.
Fishing the wonderful Hampshire Avon at Britford near Salisbury Cathedral on the LAA ticket and Upper Medway club water meant for some very long walks in rough terrain and swim clearing was needed to fish an untouched swim for at least two seasons in Kent.
Surrounded by beautiful countryside, bird song and butterflies made for a wonderful setting for this latest @fishingtailfilms episode, armed with the @KorumFishing big Avon sticks.

Excellent video mate, really enjoying your channel. The Hants Avon is my local river and I've never known it as bad for pike attacks as it has been this year, they seem to be absolutely everywhere!
@@MarcFoss Thank you Marc, it was crazy the amount of pike attacks I had as I was catching some very big Dace only to have them smashed by Pike. Pleased you enjoyed the video and I look forward to a return to the Avon again soon. Russ 👍🐟🎣

When I watch your videos it brings back so many wonderful memories of fishing on the river in the middle of nowhere. What a wonderful way to spend the day. Moving back home from Spain in November and can’t wait to get back on the river bank. Keep it up Russ. 👍

I live near Ringwood and i love the Avon around Fordingbridge. Last year i had a 2lb 14oz and a 2lb 6oz Roach.
I lost another massive Roach to a Pike so a went home as i do.

Hi Russ, yet another wonderful & enjoyable video. I love this type of fishing where you don’t know what is going take your bait next (excluding the Pike, obviously😉).
