Also if your toe stops are staying smooth, they may be too hard/slippery for park skating. I had this same setup and found the bont stock toe stops to be way too slippery for me. As a park skater we usually want grippy toe stops and they typically grind down faster because they're causing enough friction to stop us quickly with less effort. Like chaya cherry bombs or gumballs.
careful with screwing long toe stops all the way in! Once you feel resistance you're likely hitting the boot and you don't want to damage it:/ I recommend taking it out and doing a side-by-side to see how far it should go in so you know when to stop

@@blancadiaz7622 I have noticed my ability to stop is more of a slide then an actual hard stop. Thanks, I'll look into some customization for them.
