Lana is SOOO versatile it will blow your mind. Summertime sadness is not representative of her catalogue. It’s a nice, catchy song, that’s why it was on radio, but trust me…Lana is different then any other. You are just scratching the surface. I hope you continue with Lana reactions.
There’s almost a siren in the background, during the chorus. Easier to hear in the instrumental only. A sort of rise and fall of police sirens. Living here in LA, a sound you hear so often I wonder if she took that and incorporated it into the track stylistically.
