The appearance of these two, already cult characters, was guessed by many after watching Episode 5, where Mando announced that he wanted to visit a little friend.
In The Book of Boba Fett Episode 6, we were shown Luke the way we've all wanted to see him for years: calm, wise, focused on his brainchild. True Jedi. But what choice will Grogu make? What do you think?
I think he decides to stay with Din. 1. I definitely do not want to see Grogu be burned to death
2. Every member of Yoda's species we've seen thus far has been a Jedi. It would be interesting to see one walk another path

The musical rift from 3:45 onwards is an amazing new addition to the Star Wars music universe. It not only perfectly matched the scene with Luke & Grogu, but more importantly it portrayed the 'light side of the Force' better than anything else in all the Star wars movies and shows to date. It manages to express the pure happiness and wonderment that the light side of the force gives.

It seems to be a version of Kylo Ren's theme, but I don't know if they ever used a lighter sounding version like this in any of the movies and it's driving me crazy

@@emilyd4469 yeah Grogu’s theme/this theme is basically a major key version of Kylo Ren’s theme. I think something similar played near the end of TROS.
The scene where this music was playing and Luke was running with Grogu on his back was incredible.
Everything focused on Luke & Grogu is just... 10/10👏
I don't know... it's missing something for me... like an actual storyline ? Grogu can't talk yet, so there's not much to do with his character other than jumping and eating frogs.
@@themadladorian4364 it's the beginning of Grogu's story... I don't doubt that Disney and SW will bring him back in 10-20 years for new Star Wars projects.
I would rather they did it in mando season 3 than in the book of BOBA FETT who gets less screentime in his own show than almost any other character.
@@thedarkbrickstudio2452 Boba fett originally only have 6 episodes. But the writers decided to insert 1 mando focused episode into the series.
@@themadladorian4364 Not being able to talk doesn't mean you can't have a story line. Honestly, we've gotten more growth, character development and story in some of the Grogu oriented episodes than many other shows can do even with voice.
It is much harder yes, but the amount of storytelling, expansion, setting up, character development and foundation laying episode 6 did on its own is quite incredible. It may not be the most complex of stories, but the story it did do was done pretty well in my eyes.
When I heard that song in the episode I couldn't wait for someone to upload it!

im almost pushing 50.,..last time i saw luke wielding a green saber i was 10......i felt sad that day because i knew my childhood had died when vader died.....and now seeing this brings the inner kid alive....almost 30+ years went by...but listening this tells the time f...you...i'm still a kid...i can still dream....so be it ...dream on!....and this theme sums it all up.....

YES! The ambience, everything added up to be perfect. And the original trilogy callbacks. And it is beautiful to see Luke being the Yoda to GROGU, but Ashoka is the Yoda to then both. Because she was raised by Luke’s Father…George Lucas is a treasure we need to protect, he started it all….tho I am sad to see how it ended with BOBF finale…But hey! The future holds many out of pocket options 😭🎵😭

No one can imagine the struggle, to have that masterpiece ready, but aren't allowed to show it to anyone until release of the episode. Best episode, best music!

This is the Jedi Grand Master we deserved in the Disney trilogy and not the bitter quitting man we had in The Last Jedi. At least in The Rise Of Skywalker he told Rey he was wrong and why he did what he did

Whatever he chooses, He will eventully be trained by Luke. Episode 6 in many ways mirrors Empire. he will eventully return to Luke the way Luke returned to Yoda
Thing is Grogu already has decades of training before meeting Luke. I'm glad he's not choosing the Jedi path and chose his God-dad instead.

this was so incredible.... like back in time, when I was a child, dreaming about the story 2 continue... now, over 30 years later, those dreams came true.
Grogu's theme is actually disconcertingly similar to Kylo Ren's theme (which is...ironic). I don't think this was intentional but I first really noticed it back on Season 2 in the track 'The Experiment' where they are highlighting the clone tanks and play a darker version of it.
I love the hopefull tone of the music this episode! And as always Great job! :)

I was waiting for this. The interpretation I gave to this part, 3:45 : Yeah, its pure SW esence, but it´s more attached to a little kid, to Grogu to be specific, but can be used in other "childlish" moments. This one and that from the Chapter "the Rescue" from Mando series (the chants when Luke appears) can be interpretated too as a homage to all the younglings killed by Anakin.
So... Peaceful. So... Beautiful. So... Sad. So... PERFECT!

I can't believe they resolved this plotline immediately, and in another show. After all that buildup with Mando needing to let go to do what's best for Grogu

@The Jedi Master I think they will not miss the opportunity to show us more of the world between worlds. I'm honestly really excited about seeing some of the timeline events from Ahsoka's perspective.
On the other hand, and I hope I'm wrong, but I think that all the events that we are witnessing in the series are going to culminate in the Star Wars Sequels that we already know. I don't think there is a "multiverse", but I insist, I hope I'm wrong. I would certainly like to see a Jedi Master Luke preventing the rise of individuals like Snoke.
@@jakobrenner2230 Come on! I understand the uneasiness that the Star Wars Sequels can make one feel. However, try to look at it this way...
In this moment, the sequels are like a rough diamond whose facets are carefully being cut by Filoni, Favreau and company, and which over time we will appreciate more and more.
Also remember that between Episode VIII and Episode IX there is a period of one year in which there is no audiovisual content. ;-)
