I am so glad that there is crypto channel without the "breakout imminent" shenanigans. On top of that, Annii being actually more succesful as a trader than those. You ladies both give me hope, not just for myself but believing in a greater good. I was beating myself to death that i have missed the beginning of the bull these past 3 months as i was waiting for it to come back since the bear market started. The constant negative self talk combined with i know everything delusion was the recipe for disaster. I was literally ignoring the psychology part of trading eventhough i am active meditation practitioner. I honestly feel myself maturing since i joined the TTC community in all aspects of my approach to trading. Slowly i am gaining my confidence back and really glad that i'll be in good and honest hands in this bull market with both of you. I am becoming a person who writes comments to RUclips videos lol. Such a grand change for my invisibility as well. Thank you Annii for being this sincere. Please never change 😇

My thoughts are what stops me from trading. I overthink everything. Annii could you do a video on a good routine for a new trader trying to grow an account?! Trading is not like work or school where you’re told exactly what to do and when to do it to succeed. 😂 My biggest struggle is finding a routine where I don’t constantly feel like I’m not using my time wisely. I need structure and I’m struggling to develop that for myself! Love the channel, I know you said you need to evoke those strong emotions in people to get them to watch, but to be honest it’s mentally exhausting. Definitely want more of this. I find I struggle with applying a trading plan. When I enter a trade, I still tend to do it seat-of-the-pants even though I have spent an inordinate (probably) amount of time exploring indicators and developing a trading strategy. I think I have narrowed the problem down to "if my chosen trading strategy 'doesn't work' that says something about me but of course if a trade I entered without going through the whole process, then if it doesn't work out that's what should be expected but it doesn't say anything about this carefully crafted trading strategy I have applied myself to" which is odd but probably comes from my scholarly approach to things. I also still struggle with hesitation now more than FOMO (I got over FOMO but now I'm plagued by the opposite problem).

I certainly doubt myself but I also over-think it. I have absorbed the "if/then" perhaps too much so I hesitate.@@CaterinaSmillie I also identify with Annii when she said there are two sides of her, though there are slightly different two sides of myself. One is a perfectionist who only wants to trade a very refined system and so works on it, but the other is someone who is too accustomed to failure and doesn't expect much from life or myself so when I enter trades seat-of-the-pants and they don't work out I both expect it and think 'why do things like this happen to me when others are doing so well.' Intellectually I see I am self-sabotaging but I am not escaping the spiral. I will do the things Annii suggested in her 'New Years Manifesting' video tho.
Absolute best video I have seen on a crypto channel. Thanks so much for sharing Annii! I am also involved in the educational field as a trainer/coach in which mindset, mastering emotions etc, is the cornerstone of what I teach. Fortunately for me, I had a good handle on this before I got into crypto. However, as crypto is so volatile and highly emotional, I'm finding myself needing to draw down on those skills frequently. There is no point going into something unless one understands how and why they think the way they do (totally different to mindset). If one does not have a certain level of emotional intelligence, even with a great mindset, they will constantly fall short of ANYTHING they turn themselves to, regardless of how good a "system" etc might be. It's so important to share these concepts with the crypto community so that people stop chasing every new coin and meme and trading system and "next big thing" and losing all their money and destroying their lives in the process. Mastering ones emotions is how you win. Keep up the great work!

Middle children, Unite!! lol. My dad found us nuisances and disappointments. And my mom find me difficult ( autism, got diagnosed later in life) my parents gave me a lot of responsibility as a child and I tried to be perfect. But I was never good enough. I already distanced myself for my own protection. And this year after discovering trading. I tolerate no distractions on my path. 😊

Great info. Thank you Annii & co for all of your incredible information that we can take beyond crypto trading. I have to say that I recently unsub'd from all those pump and dump channels including CB, because they're constantly shilling hopium. It's easy to get sucked into their hype and lose all your gains in the process. I've learned not to overtrade, and trust my intuition (and TA, of course)

I knew women have a real different approach about trading. Men are so in the competitive approach with themselves, like "Ho yeah i will control and smash all my emotion". This discussion is a reminder that we all have to understand ourselves, accept and listen to our emotion to know where they come from. Not just to "beat the market", but to have the right behavior when we need to, make the best decision for ourselves in the right time. Thank you for this content !

Most men do have competitive behaviour which for many has been ingrained from childhood and then add societal programming however I'm digressing that's a whole different topic and I've promised myself to stick to the topic at hand 🤣My passion at times wants to take me on a rant 🤣 Many men struggle to accept and listen to their emotions not because they don't want to they don't know how too. "It's not an excuse it's a fact" Unfortunately societal expectation of men has forced boys at a young age to suppress most of their emotional range throughout their junior years. It ends up for most men that anger is the one emotion that is easy to tap into and the only emotion most men are comfortable to show. They're is change happening through the generation however I'm on a mission to move that change faster by working with men to reconnect with their emotional self. All those video using click bait titles are a massive turn off for me and I don't look at them. Honesty, transparency, no bullshit and fantastic sharing of knowledge is what you bring to the crypto space, Annii. I loved this video with Coach Cat and what was covered in this video has now got me thinking and questioning why I keep making bad decisions when I know what I should be doing; you might say this video has been a lightbulb moment for me. WOW I just had a lightbulb moment. I am a virgo and perfection and winning is something I constantly strive for. I want to be right and I want my stats to show I have more winning trades than loosing. My emotions were affected by Cathie Wood selling all her GBTC. Is that what you mean? You can ask why you do what you do until the cows come home. It will never end. A faster way is to learn to silence your mind with meditation. Once you do that there is a deeper mind that doesn't have all these issues. You are actively amplifying all these thoughts. You can learn to just stop contributing to them and they go away permanently.
This subject is so important and critical to embrace for every facet of business. For me, however, the Bible is the #1 most important source for knowledge, understanding and wisdom. It will not only help you to develop an invaluable relationship with God, (the author of life) it will become your baseline source for moral truth/success and guidance in every area of your life, including money. This has happened with some traders within our community there was something far deeper within that was unhealed that keep triggering particular emotions to the conscious mind. My thoughts are what stops me from trading. I overthink everything. Annii could you do a video on a good routine for a new trader trying to grow an account?! Trading is not like work or school where you’re told exactly what to do and when to do it to succeed. 😂 My biggest struggle is finding a routine where I don’t constantly feel like I’m not using my time wisely. I need structure and I’m struggling to develop that for myself! Love the channel, I know you said you need to evoke those strong emotions in people to get them to watch, but to be honest it’s mentally exhausting. I love coming here and getting amazing content without the extra fluff!

I find I struggle with applying a trading plan. When I enter a trade, I still tend to do it seat-of-the-pants even though I have spent an inordinate (probably) amount of time exploring indicators and developing a trading strategy. I think I have narrowed the problem down to "if my chosen trading strategy 'doesn't work' that says something about me but of course if a trade I entered without going through the whole process, then if it doesn't work out that's what should be expected but it doesn't say anything about this carefully crafted trading strategy I have applied myself to" which is odd but probably comes from my scholarly approach to things.
I also still struggle with hesitation now more than FOMO (I got over FOMO but now I'm plagued by the opposite problem).

I also identify with Annii when she said there are two sides of her, though there are slightly different two sides of myself. One is a perfectionist who only wants to trade a very refined system and so works on it, but the other is someone who is too accustomed to failure and doesn't expect much from life or myself so when I enter trades seat-of-the-pants and they don't work out I both expect it and think 'why do things like this happen to me when others are doing so well.'
Intellectually I see I am self-sabotaging but I am not escaping the spiral. I will do the things Annii suggested in her 'New Years Manifesting' video tho.

Absolute best video I have seen on a crypto channel. Thanks so much for sharing Annii! I am also involved in the educational field as a trainer/coach in which mindset, mastering emotions etc, is the cornerstone of what I teach. Fortunately for me, I had a good handle on this before I got into crypto. However, as crypto is so volatile and highly emotional, I'm finding myself needing to draw down on those skills frequently.
There is no point going into something unless one understands how and why they think the way they do (totally different to mindset). If one does not have a certain level of emotional intelligence, even with a great mindset, they will constantly fall short of ANYTHING they turn themselves to, regardless of how good a "system" etc might be.
It's so important to share these concepts with the crypto community so that people stop chasing every new coin and meme and trading system and "next big thing" and losing all their money and destroying their lives in the process. Mastering ones emotions is how you win. Keep up the great work!

And my mom find me difficult ( autism, got diagnosed later in life) my parents gave me a lot of responsibility as a child and I tried to be perfect. But I was never good enough. I already distanced myself for my own protection. And this year after discovering trading. I tolerate no distractions on my path. 😊

Great info. Thank you Annii & co for all of your incredible information that we can take beyond crypto trading. I have to say that I recently unsub'd from all those pump and dump channels including CB, because they're constantly shilling hopium. It's easy to get sucked into their hype and lose all your gains in the process. I've learned not to overtrade, and trust my intuition (and TA, of course)

Most men do have competitive behaviour which for many has been ingrained from childhood and then add societal programming however I'm digressing that's a whole different topic and I've promised myself to stick to the topic at hand 🤣My passion at times wants to take me on a rant 🤣 Many men struggle to accept and listen to their emotions not because they don't want to they don't know how too. "It's not an excuse it's a fact"
Unfortunately societal expectation of men has forced boys at a young age to suppress most of their emotional range throughout their junior years. It ends up for most men that anger is the one emotion that is easy to tap into and the only emotion most men are comfortable to show.
They're is change happening through the generation however I'm on a mission to move that change faster by working with men to reconnect with their emotional self.

I want to be right and I want my stats to show I have more winning trades than loosing. My emotions were affected by Cathie Wood selling all her GBTC. Is that what you mean? You can ask why you do what you do until the cows come home. It will never end. A faster way is to learn to silence your mind with meditation. Once you do that there is a deeper mind that doesn't have all these issues. You are actively amplifying all these thoughts. You can learn to just stop contributing to them and they go away permanently.

I agree backtesting and developing depth strategies is fantastic and can assist with emotions however for some traders that does not necessarily cut emotions completely out for them. This has happened with some traders within our community there was something far deeper within that was unhealed that keep triggering particular emotions to the conscious mind. Thank you for sharing your feedback. Can I ask why you break your rules when you logically know you are not supposed too in the moment? Doesn't that mean then that emotion has taken over the logical mind which no longer gives you the ability to ensure you stick to your rules?

We don't just have fears, our fears come from an experience that has left some sort of emotional wound which causes the fear because we don't want to feel that same thing.

What I know about men is that most men are competitive, that's simply comes down to the way men are wired. It's a behaviour, are for some men that behaviour can be extreme to the point it is detrimental for them. To ensure I have perceived you the way you intended, are you saying it's your competitiveness that causes you to break the rules? Why?
