Kalaripayattu is a martial art which developed out of combat-techniques of the 11th-12th century battlefield, with weapons and combative techniques that are unique to Kerala.

I would like to see what this would look like in competition. Is there a point system or anything like fencing for this martial art?

Hi. First of all this is more of a show than a real competition. So u may not get the flavour of head head fight. 2ndly no there is no fencing .. kalaripayattu doesn't use any fence protection from its audience.
