This Kalaripayattu show is not the real thing at all! In fact, these guys are not even real Kalaripayattu fighters. They are only some local boys living in that area who have just learnt these steps only to sell this ancient art for money. All you north Indian guys who visit there have no clue that what you see is absolutely fake. Real Kalari is never marketed like this for money. It is a divine art which one can only learn over many many years. Next time you visit Kerala, please see to that you do not go to such places and only go to a place where the art form is genuinely showcased like in the real Kalari taught schools
