I apparently missed how her pretending to be pregnant is going to somehow prove that her Fiance' is having an affair with her friend. All that proved is that he and her friend were on speaking terms, which OP knew.
She told her best friend since high school NOT to tell the OP's fiance. THAT was the test. To see if she was more loyal to her or more loyal to the fiance. She got her answer.
And not only did she discover his cheating but also him being infertil. Which is a big deal to keep secret. Listen to the end like wth

All I'm hearing is about her feelings. If you actually pay attention to this story, only five minutes of it was directly about the actual story line.
Whoever wrote this did a poor job. You need to actually go back to if you went to college your essay on thesis that you write. Take a page out of those books. Because if this was an actual college paper you would have gotten an f.
And if you are looking to inquire about a job maybe writing books or short stories. I would say to stick to your day job, and I hope this isn't it.
