what i mean is, it's better than fast food in the US. i grew up eating Subway, Burger king, and Panera bread stuff. Burger king is ok but so unhealthy. But subway and Panera bread are SO bad compared to anything in Vietnam and Indonesian. And don't get me started on White Castle. Omg, i ate that once and it was ok while eating it but after eating it, you feel like sh*t for hours. idk what's in that stuff. I was fat when i was a kid because of unnatural food like that. Kids are fat in the US because it's normal to go to Wendys or Arbys and consume unnatural food that doesn't taste good. oh, and ya, you're right. the calories, you can't compare. Taco bell salad has over 1500 calories. That's their salad lol
