I know that this video is like 2 years old but I'm trying to catch up on everything! LOL. I just wanted to thank you for posting this kind of maintenance. I have a small water feature in my garden that I've been considering taking out because I wasn't keeping up with the maintenance. I never even thought of using a wet/dry vac. I always used a pool cover vac but it never would get rid of everything. I'm so happy to have this new (to me) idea!

I love your garden tours and great gardening tips. My mother was an avid gardener until she retired and moved to Florida. Love all your videos and tours! The guara bed is so pretty now and I can't wait to see it when the guara is in bloom. They are so wispy and looks like flowers just blowing in the wind with no stems. Love them! Will be planting more this year. They are just so pretty.

I would keep the pond as many others have mentioned. I love the sound of the flowing water! Add a nice wind chime and it will be a magical place to relax. A nice feature you could consider adding around your pond would be some tall grasses. Proven Winners has some beautiful ones. 'Graceful Grasses King Tut - Eygyptian Papyrus' and 'Graceful Grasses Fireworks' would add some color and texture interest to the pond area.

Ive noticed that you have 2 recurring mottos - 1. put a hydrangea there, or 2. put a fountain there, so I'm surprised you would even consider getting rid of the pond. But if it brings you more hassle than joy, then do what you've gotta do.
