For real... This channel and Fortnine are the top 2 bike channels I can never get bored while watching... Plus, this guy is soooo good with the best 😩. I wish you upload everyday 🤲. I also wish you had more subs ❤
I've bought some frame sliders for my Triumph. The local dealership offered me a cheaper version which apparently fit. Mine obviously didn't, which I only found out after the screws pierced my air intake... I didn't get my mobey back as I installed them on my own
I had crash 2 weeks ago. I didn't realize but all my friend said to me. I put my feet to protect my bike🤣 well my bike just had few scratch but I cant even walk yet XDD
The primary purpose of a frame guard isn’t to protect your bike’s frame - they do do that, and very well. But their main purpose is to protect your radiator or engine covers from catastrophic damage. If you hit the road hard, a crash can put holes through you engine covers, even breaking off parts of your engine case. This I have seen happen. And some radiators are as wide or wider than the engine, making them the first point of contact if you go over. Frame sliders take the strength and rigidity of your frame and take it out wider than the engine cases or radiator. Making it the primary impact point. Add to this engine case sliders and axle sliders and no part of your bike should touch the ground if in a moderate slide. You will still scratch fairing and other parts in the gravel, but these things shouldn’t get destroyed unless it is a major accident. And then, no slider is enough. But frame sliders are usually wider to take the initial shock of the bike going over. A muffler slider is a good idea if your exhaust is likely to be one of the points of contact. But at least these are easy to replace. Then you just need elbow sliders for the wicked corners you will do because you won’t be too afraid that you will drop your bike.
Not bike protection exactly, but I’d add to this list a folding gear shift lever. I have had to replace those things way more often than I’m comfortable with and nearly all times they bent, was from a simple tip over or poorly navigated slow speed maneuver 🙄
Wanted to share my experience with radiator guards. I've noticed on my cfmoto 300cc motorcycle, the radiator guard I installed has somewhat thicker grate plate and in warmer days the temps go up close to the red zone almost overheating. But not really. I've not taken it off to see if it makes a difference since I've had the guard on since almost day one. I might have to drill out the holes to be slightly bigger.
Hey bro🎉 Axel slider is it safe enough? "This part passes through the middle of the moving tires. Wouldn't it be very dangerous if they come off?" Thnx
I like the idea of crash protection, but i never get them. Main reason is bc i have insurance. If you were to drop your bike most of the time the price of just 1 fairing is over the deductible. Ask me how i know😢
Watching this makes me hate myself. When I bought my bike, I bought sliders for it. But like the idiot that I am, I never got around to put it on. Recently, unsurprisingly, I dropped my bike while stationary and I hate myself 😭😭😭
Yeah id say crash bobbins re useless. Reason for saying this is when i fell with my 300, the bobbin completely broke off and well somewhere along the road still. And now i installed a crash cage (stunt frame)
@@TheOriginalCoda I have the 2023 model, absolutely love it. It's totally fine with the factory shocks and adjustment. Then again, I just weigh 155lbs. I'm not racing or taking it to track days. SP would be nice, but the price premium isn't worth it for me.
I don't think radiator grid is doing any good. It MAY protect from big gravel impacts but it WILL restrict the air flow. Both by itself and by the dirt it will make uncleannable. The stickers on wheel hubs protection screws are very nice looking but you have to destroy them each and every time you want to remove a wheel.😢
Lol at the radiator protector part, I just installed mine and also got no instructions, then realized how sad we had become as a species. Since when did men started to need instructions? or directions? just look at the part, see where the holes are, look at the bike, where the screws are, then go for it, what can go wrong? (well, many things, but that´s part of the fun, that´s how you learn: from screwing up). Take the dust of that wrench set and have fun.
Use code "CHAOS10" to GET 10% OFF your bike parts- bagorosperformance.com/
Also that radiator guard is a life saver. Just wish I had it before a stone hit my XSR last year 🙃
yeah my friend has a newer harley and the oil cooler is so low, and just after like 5000km its already blasterd
Can we get more bike hacks for new riders like myself?
As soon as I have 10 in stock I will 👍
What hacks do you need?

The sneaky number plate!!! Love it!!

happy to see Slovenian products! Rok is a great rider.
Good video!
engine covers are a good idea too
Absolutely!

All parts are needed and I rock them all !!! Long live motorcycles!!!!! Stay epic

My g you gotta post more dirt bike content
Trust me, I would if enough people watched it to warrant it!
@@ChaosCauses I'm not a dirtbike guy, but I'd watch your content anyway, I always find it entertaining.
SW motech has a set that bolts to both frame mounts on your year MT09. I have them on my xsr900.
those axle sliders saved my bike from a dumb low side. never cheaped on protection ever since
The subtle sarcasm 😂 once again a very well made high quality vid. Nice 👌
Amazing video as always 👍🔥🔥

They've got quite a cool logo 🤘
I had a crash 3 days ago and crash bungs saved my leg from getting stuck under the bike! Forks are bent though so the bikes buggered
The forks may be buggered, the bike not so much.
Might I suggest flipping the intermediate piece to make the frame sliders work ??
From what I saw, it might not be as pretty... but it might work...
I also tried that lol. The pieces slot into each other so it doesn’t work

I saw what removing the rear fender on a z900 does and I want none of it 😂. Literally all the junk on the road ends up on your back and head
Love the vids
I got actory protection on my mt125 2019
It saved me money 3 times
a LOT of money
And i still keep them because it makes my bike look bigger
What video editing software do you use?
Protecting the engine covers is probably a priority too.
My same thought. I'm wondering if these frame sliders stick out enough that engine cover doesn't get hit 🤔
Please tell me you cleaned that dusty Indicator Holder panel just so my OCD levels down 😅

luv ya man
Thank you for this amazing review! You can drop your bike now 😁👍
I got into a crash, I had frame sliders …. The lintier frame cracked haha :)
It would have been nice for you to fit and show the plate bracket V's your setup for comparison.

Don't feel bad. I dropped my fireblade while stationary, and I had some R&G covers that I was going to put on when I got home 🤦♂

Is there a reason why they don't include motor cover protectors? Thanks for your video 👍❤️
Justin, MT-09 or XSR900 and why?
XSR because longer swingarm, higher pegs, lower handlebars. It handles better. Also, it looks much better IMO.
@@2WheelsGood.01 That's kinda good summary. I just wish there was an SP version though, the shock on the standard bike is not great.

excellent vid as usual sir, now.... moaR dertbike content!!
wish i had frame sliders , iv just sent one of my bikes sliding down the road 😢
What’s up🤙
They are great, especially when they turn slide into a full tumble
I thought it was BagBros and that Google search didn't go well.
Why are they not making them for voge125r?
Nooooooooooooooooooo Mt09 supposed need a undertail mudguard...
if you want to secure your bike the best buy stunt cage its also bike looking more muscler this bars are kind of useless
engine guards
What about Yammie Noob? He has 1.2M
is your bike smart or your smart confused 😐
