- Ever wondered what the most popular crash protection is for your bike or what the experts would recommend? The silly little topples can be expensive yet a couple of small additions can save thousands of pounds. We talk to R&G about the history of the company, how their products work and just how wide their range is.

I had R&G engine and bar end sliders fitted to my bandit when I crashed in a car park, half an hour before I set off on a biking holiday. The only damage was the bobble broke off the end of the lever but if it wasn't for the crash protection my holiday would have ended right there!
Got the full R&G kit on my bike. Only waiting for the downpipe guard. Good fit and easy to install.
Great idea and they pretty cool too! Dont understand why insurance companies charge more when added 🤔
Every bike I've ever owned has had a good £200 spent on R&G protection. Only had one crash but was able to pick the bike up and ride home with the only damage being a snapped clutch lever and cracked fairing.
Nice, glad the bike survived. Imagine how much it would have cost without.
I've seen a crash bung work twice! Can only recommend R&G!
Good video guys. Always fit crash protection on my Bikes.
Great vid! Convinced 👍👍
Ooh that katana...have the same one. Such a great bike
Superb and practical review stacked with lots of useful info. Well done Michael. Even I could understand it.
You're welcome!
Agreed, Michael's great - all the guys are. Keep up the good work.
Michael Smith Very kind of you to say so, cheers for watching! Anything particular you’d like us to do next?

@@Back2TheBike Nice one, it just so happens that we're talking to a manufacturer about that filming that very subject :-)
Hey buddy I enjoyed watching your video...I have a question I have a 2009 kawasaki vulcan 750 and for some apparent reason they dnt sell crashbar or engine bars for this bike..what do I do next??
The peg broke off the gear lever but the bike was still ridable ? Please elaborate .
Still would buy these products in an instant if they make them for the motorcycle I plan on getting next year .
What is better quality? R&G or evotech? open to both options for crash protection
Only issue i'm having is... with the main frame crash protectior. The bolt is designed to bend... this could result in transfering the stress to the frame. Then also bend the frame & result in it being totaled no?
Or maybe the bending absorbed some of the force. A rigid bolt would transfer the impact directly to the frame.
So R&G is the best crash protection, am I right? or I should by from another brands
I really like R n G but cant help thinking some of the stuff looks cheap. Not a dig in anyway but it needs to be more pleasing on the eye.
agreed they need a logo and not R&G font
MT-010 is a very nice bike
I wondered how long it would take before that was picked up!
#camelleatheruae 🐪. Bennetts Bike vlog 👍✨
Who else want that exact katana shipped to his/her door tomorrow morning!
Looks good, right?!
@@bennettsbikesocial yummy!
Hold up, I love CP Idea as I used sliders back when I raced but as a road rider now if I payed 360 to $400 for a full kit and then would be asked to pay again after a crash just doesn't seem right. Seems like a life time replacement would be a better marketable way of getting more people and race teams to use your gear. Maybe a one time replacement for race teams ... But for road guys a One time investment and then company stands behind their protect . Guess thats just me and the way I feel about it. Great products btw.
I'd just wish they didn't put gigantic white logos on everything. That has so far always kept me from buying their parts.
veers0r exactly, try msliders, amazing quality
BINTELLI Ripped off Your Logo !!!
Crash pads are only important to the dealer, it's more shit to sell the customer.
