Lothian’s NEW MCV-Volvo BZL Electric Demonstrator

A quick look at Lothian’s new MCV-Volvo BZL Electric Single Decker Demonstrator Bus.
This bus (currently no proper name) is a joint effort between Volvo and MCV bus and coach. BZL is the name for a Volvo electric chassis Z meaning zero

I think that out of all of lothians service, they felt that trying it on the 23, a Service That gets way too crowded on a double decker, would be good to use to test a single decker.
Honestly at least they’re using the 1 now, a service that mainly uses single deckers

yeah its no longer at lothian so its being used as a demo for other companies
